The crust is the perfect thickness with just the right amount of crispiness--basically what every pizza crust dreams of becoming. The sauce-to-cheese ratio is so precise it feels like NASA had a hand in it. And the size of the slices? Absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. Then there's the homemade ranch dressing. Calling it "ranch" almost feels unfair. This stuff belongs in the Pizza Hall of Fame and should probably have its own fan club. But what impressed me most wasn't the food. It was the owner. In a world where loyalty can be hard to find, his compassion for and commitment to his employees truly stood out. Great pizza gets people in the door, but great character is what keeps a business special.

We got the breaded cauliflower, half of them didn't have cauliflower in them and they were just breading chunks. The curly fries came out in one massive clump and were so overcooked you couldn't break them apart. The cheesesteak was good, only food item we ordered that keeps this off of being a 1 star because it is a great sandwich. The meatball parm was okay. Plenty of chunks in the meat that were rock hard (occasionally happens with hamburger meat) and were unable to be chewed through. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but we have definitely had better Grazianos orders in the past. We will give it another chance down the road because the employees are great and we love to support local. Unfortunately the food quality was rough last time we went here.

I called the store to explain that I had received the wrong pizza, the guy tried to blame the driver for giving me the wrong pizza, when she clearly didn't she read my name on the ticket and gave me the box that had my name, again clearly your mistake in the store because someone wasn't paying attention.. Then the guy hangs up on me and didn't answer when I called back.. I will be there first thing in the morning with the wrong pizza with the ticket that was placed on the box to say that it was my order. So, they get zero starts from me. And I probably wouldn't be so mad, if the guy hadn't hung up the phone!! customer service really!! I nor my family will be eating here anymore. I want my money back since they can't get my order right and then be rude and hang up, who does that!

I'll start off by saying that the service was great. We were greeted and served by a very nice young person who was super friendly throughout our meal, even when my kids were being total douche bags. Thankfully there was only 1 other table when we arrived around noon on a Friday and they seemed very pleased with their experience. Anyway, first weird thing is that when we arrived I had 2 water bottles, one for me and one for my kid. We were told that we were not allowed to put the adult bottle on the table. I understand restaurants not wanting people bringing in food or drinks, but we would have only gotten water regardless of your rule, so it seems a bit silly to not allow a water bottle on the table. So I put it on the bench and drank it anyway. On to the food. My wife got a turkey sub which was described as "slightly worse than something I could have made myself with packaged deli turkey." One of my kids got a slice of pizza, which she said was good, though it was very very light on the cheese. Other kid got a hotdog, which he loved. Good job on that. My salad was the avocado bacon salad with grilled chicken. I watched a "chef" microwave the bacon, which was hot but dripping in oil, not crispy or fully browned in the slightest. The chicken was cold in the middle and based on the taste and texture seemed like it was precooked, frozen and then heated. The avocado was surprisingly the worst offender. Though it was a PERFECT color with no visible imperfections, it was very cold and tasted sour, which leads me to assume it was frozen and defrosted. I don't know and I don't want to know, but I had to spit it out and could not finish even 1/3 of the meal after taking that bite of what I can only describe as an expired avocado pickle slice. I asked our server to remove it from the bill which was done with no questions asked. Other than that, the place was clean and seemed nice despite the food. I would not return here.
