The cheese bread is a nice compliment to your pizza of choice. What makes the bread more enjoyable though are the housemade ranches. The options are classic or "raging." The raging ranch definitely has a kick, but it's tolerable. As for the pizza, I have 2 favorites, the chicken coop and mama's meatball pizza. The meatball pizza's generous amount of meatballs and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top make it reminiscent of a homemade pasta dinner. BBQ chicken pizzas typically feature shredded chicken. What I like about the chicken coop, is that it features bite-sized pieces of fried chicken instead. Regardless of which pizza you order, I recommend the "all corner" option. Any time I can support an independently owned business, like Square One, over a franchise, I will. The food I've had has been exceptional, and is also competitively priced.

Everything was fantastic. The pizza had the soft dough that becomes a crunch as your teeth bite in. The sauce is mild & thick with tomato. Perfect ration of cheese and sauce, plentiful toppings. Highly recommend!

I heard about Saroki's from radio commercials and we had driven past this location multiple times…read more One day we were starving and on a whim we pulled in to get some chicken. This review is based on the two times we ordered chicken. Our first visit we ordered two chicken breasts. They were a generous size, moist and tender and I really loved the crispy coating. Fast-forward a few days later and we were driving past again so we decided to try chicken tenders this time. They were good size portions with the same great taste. I would definitely get them again. My preference would be the chicken breasts though. The biscuits were flaky and buttery and were a nice compliment to the chicken. Based on the many other chicken places around our area, Saroki's would be towards the top of my list. As far as sauce/dip, I didn't think the chicken needed any. To me, the sauce took away from that delicious crispy coating. We're looking forward to going back and trying additional items. I'm just happy that we finally decided to try it after driving past so many times.

On July 17th we placed a catering order for pickup at 3:30 PM from the Macomb Township location on…read more23 Mile Road and North Avenue. The order included 125 hand-battered chicken tenders and honey biscuits, totaling approximately $320. When my husband arrived shortly after the scheduled pickup time, he was informed that our order had not even been started. We had more than 45 guests waiting for the meal, and he missed the beginning of our gathering while waiting for the food to be prepared. He was told the order would take "about 10 minutes," which was confusing given that it had been placed in advance specifically as a catering order. In reality, he waited approximately 40 minutes before leaving with the food. After arriving home, we discovered that eight biscuits were missing from the order. Although we received phone calls saying we could return to pick them up, that was not a practical solution after the delay and inconvenience. The following day, I contacted the manager to discuss the situation. Rather than acknowledging the issues or offering a meaningful resolution, he stated that he had included extra chicken and that we could have returned for the missing biscuits. Throughout the conversation, he dismissed my concerns, was unprofessional, and declined my request to speak with the owner. As business owners ourselves, we understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service was far more disappointing than the initial error. Our family has used their catering services in the past, as have many members of our extended family. Based on this experience, we will no longer use this company for future events, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so similar situations can be avoided for other customers. I have emailed now twice with no response as well. Unfortunately, customer service is not their strong suit.
