We put in another online order, waited the time that it told us to wait until pick up, and when we showed up to pick up our order that had already been paid for, no one is there. Lights are off, doors are locked, no one insight. This is ridiculous. I'm not sure how a business is ran this way. I can understand if it's a one time thing, and there was an absolute emergency, but This is maybe the fifth time that it's happened? At least. And honestly shame on me for continuing to go back, I should've learned my lesson sooner and I thought I did. Your pizza might be better than Papa John's, but at least they're reliable. Best of luck with your business ventures, I will be expecting my husbands card to be fully refunded before end of day today. And maybe a little pro tip, turn off your online ordering when you're not in the store;)

The crust is there for structural support which is desperately needed to prop up the sweet & spicy sauce that is then covered with cheese, toppings, and then cheese again. Compared to an NY style pizza there is 2.5-3.0 times the amount of cheese on this pizza. The cheese is the "writer, director & actor" with everything else a bit part. The weight of the cheese is so much that it gives way to the need to cut the pizza in a grid of 3x3 inch squares instead of the standard 8 triangles because it weighs so much relatively speaking. This is Minnesota style pizza at its best. If you like it you will love it.
