When she finally did, we placed our food order and she didn't write a single thing down. By the time we needed refills, our server had completely disappeared for 20-30 minutes. Eventually a different server brought our meals. When my husband asked for drink refills, she told us we could refill them ourselves at the station in the front. What?? We've never been told to go refill our own drinks at a sit down restaurant ‍ My husband asked where our server was, and the second server clearly wanted nothing to do with helping us since we weren't "her table." He ended up going inside to find a manager, and the entire front area was full of staff gossiping and arguing with each other. Total chaos. The manager eventually came out and did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. On top of the service issues: * Outdoor seating with no lids for drinks = bugs flying into cups * They clearly need new highchairs if you're advertising as family friendly * Food was very sub par.
