I called the order in at 7:58 PM and was told 20-25 mins. I arrived at 8:25 to be told that my order wasn't ready...that's fine. 30 mins of waiting AFTER my pickup time and being asked by 3 different people for my order name is ridiculous. Tell me why I placed an order for pickup Precisely 1 full hour before i get off work and this gentleman tells me "ok it will be ready in exactly 20 minutes" i knew that wasn't the case because truly I have never had a pizza ready from them in this short of a timeframe. I show up 1 hour after placing my special order for my family to find an empty building with 3 of the most unqualified people on the planet working behind the counter at a speed of which i can only describe to you as Mentally challenged. Honestly the pizza is great more of a customer service complaint and what really makes this location lack a better review. I ordered some pizza on ValentinesDay and I expected a wait. It's a holiday. I walked in at the prescribed time in my order and was met with a employee who wasn't wearing a name tag, better that he doesn't cause he would probably get a lot of complaints, but he had no professionalism and no tact. As I was sitting waiting for my order there were plenty of people that walked up to the counter that had some sort of interaction with them. His tone and the way he would answer questions came off as a little demeaning and not very polite. You can tell it was "rubbing" people the wrong way. Just saying that if I was the manager her or any sort of supervisor role I would probably rotate him out or just not let him talk to customers. I've been to several Little Caesar locations and I absolutely love crazy bread but my experience here with it was one of the worst. I wasn't given a bag and didn't think to ask for one because I didn't think it would be a big deal until I got to my car and had already drove off.. these bags were drenched and literally dripping everywhere. Went to get pizza today. The lady at the front an African American women older probably around 40 years old. Had attitude with everyone. This location is the worse one in town. Couldn't even get my name right over the phone. Didn't get my phone order correct. I asked for cinnamon bites with my order and I was given regular garlic sticks, when I asked the cashier about the cinnamon bites he said they don't have any. On top of that the cashier didn't give me and marinara sauce for the sticks that I didn't ask for, but ended up keeping them, so when I went back inside to ask for sauce he tried to charge me for it. Also he was the only cashier when the lobby was full at least 10 people trying to order. You get what you pay for. Been a while since bought this pizza. Flavor is ok when in a hurry and don't have time to pick up real meal for family. We tried the kiosk prepay ordering. Would not recommend. They forget items in the order (bread sticks and sauces) and deep dish pizzas were raw in the middle . It was so bad we had to finish cooking at home because dough was still gooey in the middle. Staff are friendly but need to improve cooking technique. I will NEVER go to this place again! I called ahead of time and asked if they would accept a debit card over the phone. I was told YES! I got there and then was informed no that I couldn't. Came here some time ago to pick up some pizza for a weekend night with the family. Our order was received quickly and my husband said that the associates were nice. We ordered two peperoni deep dish styled pizzas, one of them had a bacon crust which I thought was a creative idea. Unfortunately some of the bacon bit toppings were slightly over cooked resulting in a mild bitter flavor and the pizza itself could have went slightly further on seasonings. However, I will say that the crust consistency is damn good! It has that perfect exterior crispness / tenderness ratio and it leaves your fingers nice and oily. Bought a GEM card from the Copperas Cove football team to be used from places in Cove all the way to Belton and inside it has a coupon for free crazy bread with the purchase of any large pizza. So we go in at this location (since it's closer to my new house) and I go to use it like I have everywhere else in the locations that the card has given and the girl at the register didn't know how to use it so she goes to a girl in the back who's name I couldn't read but she was light skin and pitch black hair in a messy bun style so they are talking then the girl in the back grabs a sharpie to X out the GEM card so I stop her and explain its a year round card with an experation date for August of this year. It's not a one time use it costs 20$ to buy so you can use it all year. Then the attitude came "well in that case you can't use it since I've never seen it" okay well it states where it can be used and this location counts is what I'm thinking. So I didn't wanna argue over 3$ bread because I have been in the food industry for years and have learned to ignore ignorance so the girl at the register was confused and asked so what do I do? The rude lady from the back screams "just give the bread to them" I was shocked. As we left she started ranting and yelling. Such ugly customer service shame on her! She could've nicely said I'm not sure if it's allowed I would have to check and I would've understood and simply paid for the bread.
