Loved our stop at LC! We don't love the ones near us so we decided to stop on our way from up north and so happy with it! We got an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and crazy bread and both were excellent! Also, we placed our order online and it was ready early which is new for us with the LC locations by us. The staff were friendly and we had two different employees stop by to check in on our order for us. Everything was made correctly and ordering was easy. After a very emotional day working to rescue a dog and get him into a foster home, I stopped for a take out pizza. I was tired and very doubtful that I had made a difference. I got to the Little Caesars just before closing but couldn't make the app work. I was frustrated and drove to the window to place my order expecting to be told I was too late. The nicest manager came to the window to personally take my order. She was so friendly and patient. Even though the store was close to ending it's business day, the manager never rushed me or acted rudely. She treated me with dignity as if my business mattered. I was shocked at her professionalism because nowadays almost NOBODY in the service industry seems to have a personality of gratitude or appreciation. Many are rude, have an inflated sense of their own importance, crudely defensive, have an overinflated sense of entitlement, and have no idea their job is based on customer satisfaction. Some will go as far as to demand YOU give THEM respect they aren't earning while often cussing at you, rolling their eyes, or disrespecting your attempt to conduct business at their establishment. This is such "the norm" in customer service these days, that I rarely ever eat out and I have become selective about where I shop. The Manager took my order but forgot to add an ingredient. Honestly, I wouldn't have known until I got home and they would have been closed. This AMAZING manager stopped me from driving away and explained she'd made an error but (because of the time) would comp my meal so I could get home. I was shocked! She admitted an error?!? She went in to choose a customer centric solution. She considered my time and the hours her workers had put in. She initiated a mutually acceptable alternative AND never blamed me or lost her smile! Best of all, she did it all on her own without me having to be a bad guy! In short, she put the customer first, protected the Company's brand, acted like she cared, demonstrated professionalism, and DID THE RIGHT THING! I was so touched that I began to cry. It was a small act of kindness but it truly touched me. I had a difficult weekend working to save the rescue puppy. All I wanted was dinner for myself and my Service dog. I appreciated the manager treating me with honesty and dignity. Thank you! I will always remember how good that pizza tasted. It was the best "error" I have had but only because the Manager was such a WINNER! Thank you so much. Your kindness meant the world to me last night! This afternoon, I went through the Grafton Little Caesers to order a personal lunch box pizza w/drink. The gentleman at the window told me that they just put more in and there would be a short wait. Unfortunately, I did not have much time on my lunch break. When I mentioned thank you but I cannot wait, he offered to give me a regular size pizza and drink for the same price. Kinda stopped in on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the other Little Caesar's I've been to it's very clean, the staff is extremely welcoming, and the food was great. I don't understand the low reviews this place has but I'm assuming that the people in this "suburban" area expect way too much from a five dollar pizza joint. I love a simple pizza and usually when we order the pizza and crazy bread they're consistently good. However we just ordered again last night and it was probably the worse service and food ever. The pizza was okay but the crazy bread was burnt. And we placed an order over the phone hoping to just pick it up and go, but when we got there we still had to wait 20 mins since they didn't have it made yet. Quite disappointed. I recall the early days when the Pizza Pizza slogan meant you got two, albeit square, pizzas on a long rectangular cardboard sheet in a paper bag. They were new to the Greater Milwaukee area & took pride in their product. I wasn't disappointed but amazed at the quantity & quality for a reasonable price. NOW, Poor distribution of sausage on pizza. Took pictures of the better half and the second worst piece (1 piece of sausage). The worst had no sausage. It's sad, Buyer Beware, needed to inspect their Hot (actually warm) & ready. Maybe I'll call ahead & make the extra effort to get a non-special of acceptable toppings spaced out. If I could give it a zero star, I would. Waited 30 mins in line just to get two pizzas and crazy bread. Hot and ready, my ass.

First off I have come here many times and service has been swift. Tonight though I was quite disappointed in the service I received. They were understaffed with one person ( I assume was a driver because she left with many pizzas in a warmer), one person doing the drive up and counter and another person making bread and pizza. I can not fault the two employees that were left because they were trying to work as fast as they could and were apologetic when I had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza while people that came in after me got their pizzas before I did. Very disappointed in the management not scheduling enough people. I would have emailed this but there is no place to email the owner about this but I didn't want to call while they were understaffed... read more

Picked up a pizza, pepsi and cinnamon loaded crazy bites....The cinnamon bites tasted like garlic, I called and said we had just picked up an order and the cinnamon bites tasted like garlic. he says is there anything else? If you're looking for a quick and delicious meal look no further. Little Caesars will have you covered. They are known for their hot and ready food, and for the most part that is true. I've been there over 50 times (because my family loves it) and about 40 out of the 50 times the food was ready to serve when I got there. They also have a pretty cheap but really great food. Starting out they have five dollar pizzas. What a steal! It has a thick crust with a generous layer of cheese. The only thing is the sauce is just a very thin layer. Luckily they offer marinara sauce so I just dip my pizza in that. They also offer deep dish pizza but it's not my favorite. Personally it's too much bread for me but then again I'm not a big fan of deep dish pizza in general. As sides go they have crazy bread, Italian cheese bread, pepperoni cheese bread and Caesar wings. I've only tried the first two but they're both pretty good. My favorite is the crazy bread. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. They are made like breadsticks but are a lot softer. Personally I prefer them over crunchy ones like pizza huts breadsticks. They are buttered and have Parmesan cheese on top. The only thing is they can be a little greasy but I don't mind. The Italian cheese bread is pretty good too. It's a little plain so I like to dip it in the marinara sauce as well. Overall I definitely recommend trying to Little Caesars because you won't be disappointed. read more
