This is probably the worst pizza place in northern Kentucky. Don't get me wrong...the food is good and cheap. But the staff is rude, inattentive, and takes FOREVER to complete orders. What can I say but don't go here. I ordered online at 6:40 this evening showed up at 7:20for pizza and takes 25 minutes. The gentleman working told me they're just working on one pizza and it should be ready anytime. We sat and waited and waited and waited until 745 when I decided to speak up. A lady came out and said it's been here the whole time, even though our name never came up on the reader board she attempted to justify saying that it was red lined out, and it wasn't there, The gentleman wheelchair tried to pull aside and treat me nice all of a sudden. He'd given a number number of customers something for their trouble, which is nice, but if I wanted something like that, I would've just ordered it and paid for it . NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered a deep dish supreme and a thin crust. 45 minutes later, they finally bring out my order. I wish I had checked it before I left the store. I would have gotten my money back and they could've kept their slop. Got home, the deep dish was totally RAW. Completely doughy inside. Toppings were just slung on. Stopped in today for a quick pizza for dinner. Amy took my order. I ordered an ExtraMostBestest Pizza which is a pizza with pepperoni all over. I asked Amy if I could have all the pepperoni on just one half of the pie instead of spread thru out. She wasn't sure so she went to get her manager, Sara. The manager flatly stated they would not do that although we were paying for it. I did not understand why this request couldn't be accommodated but accepted her response as she just stood there awkwardly after her flat no. As Amy was ringing up my order, she tried to explain to me why it couldn't be done at which point Sara rudely talked over her, by waving her hand towards the register and said, "Don't worry about that just ring them up." I could tell Amy, being the new employee, was a little taken aback but did as she was told. If a manager treats a customer like this, I can only imagine what is in store for the employees. Some people should not be managers. Sara is definitely not upper crust material and corporate will be made aware. The pizza was just ok and I would give it 3 stars, service was 2 stars because of Sara's poor customer service, Amy would get 5 stars. read more

This is THE WORST location I've ever been to! Every time I go in I am given attitude from whomever is working. I had an issue where the I had to take a pizza back on my lunch break because there was a hole in the middle from it being singed and got an attitude about having to return a pizza with a hole in it! On top of that I just called today to talk to the manger about how me & 2 other guest were treated in Monday and all I got was "I'll talk to the night manager".. She acted like she wasn't concerned about the issue & that their employees turned away 3 people Monday night when we were all there before close to get food for our families... The customer service is horrible. Very unfriendly. The restaurant is very dirty. No health department grade was visible but it needs to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned. Also they dont use gloves. I like the pizza here, deep deep dish pepperoni. The service can be slow when they don't have pizza ready. 10 minutes means about 15. At times it seems like the staff struggles to stay focused.
