I made a call in pickup order for 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and crazy bread. when I tried to call the first time they picked up and sat the phone down, so I tried 2 more times and it was the same when I called again they put me on hold. So I called AGAIN they answered but did not say "little Caesars" they said "yeah, what. No" read more

We ordered online for pick up. It was awesome! We had half extra cheese and the other half jalapeños. They executed it perfectly. If you want a really good pizza. This is the place. read more

They have a fedex dropbox here, if you ever need it. This is the only good thing about this location is the fedex dropbox. 2023 Update: last time i went, Florinda, the girl at drive-thru window kept saying 2, I ordered what i always order which is the cheapest item 1 of the original pepperoni but she kept putting words in my mouth saying that I said 2 of something I didn't even hear what she was saying back to me because she was slurring her words and talking fast. And when she said $16, it sounded like $6, so I wasn't sure and checked the receipt which showed 2 of something for $16 which is how i know for a fact she charged me for the wrong thing. How exactly does "one original pepperoni pizza" sound like "two" of whatever she said. Idk if she's on something or she is just tired and getting mixed up with other orders. But it was a really unpleasant experience to be accused of saying something I'm not, I've had enough of that in life really don't want to deal with that when I'm starved. read more

So this was the second time that the pretzel crust pizza has came back since I was in this area for this to be my local store. And I figured I would give them another try this year. I was honestly so surprised at how well it was. The last year the pizza came out all of the employees would put garlic on the pretzel crust to try to get the salt to stick (was supposed to be a butter mix) and that was atrocious. But this go around I watched an employee reach of the marked bottle of butter and it was delicious. The crust however was not given the pretzel solution but the rest of the pizza was so good I could hardly notice. And shout out to little Caesar's for bringing back the pretzel pizza! I hope to grab another one soon! read more

I am posting this review on all forums for Little Caesars in Ellijay. I was trying to order online and was having issues. We purchased a coupon via our grandaughters school fundraiser. I tried to call the store 3 times it rang numerous times and they picked up and hung up each time. I decided to go to the store and order via my cell phone if they could assist on exactly what I needed to order via the information that a very nice lady at the corporate helped me with. After speaking with 2 people they sent the manager up front to assist. I was in the process of showing her the paper that the corporate office had sent me. She proceeded to yell at me in the store, jerked the paper out of my had and started waiving it in my face asking what I expected her to do with this. Yelling several times and then yelled No No not in this store. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be in customer service, and a manager to top it off. I am in customer service daily and would not have a job one minute after I did this to a customer. I took the paper back and left the store. I have contacted the corporate office, and I am aware that the franchise stores think they don't have to abide by the same rules, but that should not be. If they are using the name Little Caesars they should be held to the same standard. Never Ever will I go to this store again, and I will tell anyone what my experience was. read more

Not even worth 1 star. Placed my order online & then drove to the location just to find out they didn't have cheese. WTF? A pizza place without cheese yet they had cheese for the pizza but not for their stuffed crazy bread. Pure incompetence & honestly I don't believe them. It's not possible to have cheese for pizzas but not for their bread when it's the same damn cheese. The employees are just lazy & don't want to work. read more

Ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, it was dry and couldn't hardly chew it up, it felt very stiff like day old pizza. I called and asked the young lady if it was yesterday's pizza, she said no, I asked if it was from earlier, she said no she made it herself, I proceeded to tell her how dry it was and she hung up on me. Didn't offer to make it good. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Stale pizza ! You cannot hold a fresh pizza up like this, this was not fresh! - Pizza Near Me - Ellijay, Georgia

Chip readers didn't work. Took three minutes for someone to take our order at the counter. We spent over 30 waiting for our pizza. The customer service is Garbo go somewhere else. I heard chick-fl-a actually values you as a customer. read more

This is the third bad experience I've had at this location and in my book, that constitutes a review. Tonight I stopped by to grab a pizza for my kids. We just moved to the area and this was near our rental. I walked in and nobody was at the counter. I could hear somebody in the back but couldn't see them. I waited about 5-7 minutes and walked to the side of the counter to look in the back, and there was an young who're female employee curled up in a ball on top of the extra 2 Liters against the wall on the far right side on her cell phone. She looked at me for a second and went back to her phone. She looked up a few times but just ignored me. Finally after waiting about 10 mins or so an older lady came from the back and said hi and told me to wait a second. She took some money from her pocket and put it in a green envelope and did something on the register, and then said "yeah?". I ordered two pizzas and she handed them to me and punched it in the register, and promptly walked off again without a word. I realized I had the wrong card to pay and said excuse me but she didn't come back or respond. So I walked out to my car to get another card and she runs out and yells HEY! Across the parking lot like I was running off with two $5 pizzas! I told her I was getting another card and she went back inside. If I WAS trying to leave without paying, I could have then. But I went back inside and she stormed off from behind the register to the back. Now this whole time, I was the only customer. So they weren't slammed or anything. By the time I left some other poor sap had just walked in. I paid and walked out- this was the WORST service I've had since I moved to the Ellijay area. Not to mention I've never not seen a Now Hiring sign out front, so they obviously can't keep help. When I opened the pizzas back home they were like absolute rubbery cardboard. I know Hot n Readys are made ahead of time obviously, but these pizzas were like..... HOURS old. I'm sure past the time they were supposed to be sold. Three strikes and you are out. If you think stopping here will be quick, think again. And check your pizza before you leave if they didn't make it to order. You could be buying a 5 hour old piece of inedible shit. read more

Horrible pizza, horrible service!! I have my order completely forgotten three times. Something is always wrong or missing, and the staff acts like it is somehow the customer's fault. read more

Don't bother. Went to the drive thru earlier and a young guy took our order for 2 pizzas then walked away, a minute or two later another guy came to the window and asked for our order and I tell him what we already ordered and he says it will be atleast 20 minutes for a pizza. Huh? Whatever happened to "hot and ready"? read more

No one should have to wait an hour for a "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza. Only one person actually working while everyone else is sitting around. Very unhappy peopole here waiting on food. One man ordered online and they never even made his order. He walked out very angry. I'm sick of this place not being what it used to be. Think I will just go to Dominos from now on. Would rather pay more, have better pizza, and not wait an hour or more. read more

The worst Little Caesars first I ordered the more expensive pizza that says it has extra sauce and cheese it's dry and nasty. I also ordered wings the oven roasted I asked for one ranch sauce for mine because they have no sauce and was given a lecture about how expensive the sauces are and she even brought out the box. Just one with an order of sauceless wings would be nice. They cost over $6 and no sauce provided. read more

Made a 24 mile round trio to get a carry out pizza. Arrived at the posted opening time of 11 AM. One other car waiting. I went to the door and started waiting. One person was inside but stayed out of sight. More potential customers arrived .. now a total of 5. At 11:05 I knocked loudly on the door several times but was ignored. Finally , at 11.10, I left .. two other would be customers followed me to their cars. INEXCUSABLE BAD OPERATION .. NEVER AGAIN read more

Ok pizza. I am a ellijay local, and while I have tried the majority of the pizza restaurants, this is just your typical little caesars. It's what I expect to get for $5 read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch on the way to visit family in Dawsonville. It was your average Little Caesars experience. Hot and Ready. Bread sticks were the best I've ever had from Little Caesars. Best part about this was the location! From the parking lot we saw a little park on the river with a Pavillion and playground. It was the perfect spot to eat lunch! Beautiful and peaceful and right on our route! read more

Does the phone ever work here or do the employees just keep it off the hook because they don't want to answer it? Called (706) 635-4411, which is listed, several times after 4:00 & it was busy. Called back at 9:00 jand it was STILL busy! We went to pizza hut instead. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Got a pizza at 1pm yesterday. Too bad hubby didn't ck b4 leaving. It was so cold that the cheese was fully congealed. Looks like it had been sitting out in the cold for some time. I wouldn't let my family eat it for fear of food poisoning. No one would answer phone. When I went up there with whole pizza minus 3 bites, she refused me a refund. When I asked for mgr, she said she was district mgr & volunteered that they were a franchise. In other words, she was saying complaining to corporate won't do any good. Left the pizza sprawled across her floor. KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE & STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE CEASAR'S IN ELLIJAY, GA! If you want a good pizza cheap, try a Hunt Bros Pizza from conv stores. Best in town & only $10 for all the toppings. read more

Do not go here. They are extremely rude for no reason. I understand maybe the lady was having a bad day or something, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude to somebody over some damn napkins. I explained to her we had a big family with kids and we were eating in the car and we needed a decent amount of napkins, she said "I can only give 4" so I explained it to her again and she got an attitude with me, slammed a big stack of napkins on the counter at me and when I went to tell her she didn't have to be rude, she completely cut me off and proceeded to take the next customers order. I was nice to her when I first went in there, had manners, talked politely, everything you're supposed to do and the treatment I got was totally unfair. I work in the food service and even though the food is good, the service should be spot on too. You shouldn't be rude to someone over napkins anyways, that's just stupid.. needless to say, we will NOT be coming back here. read more

This is the most inefficient pizza place ever. Gave our pizza away 3 times to other people waiting in the parking lot for their orders who came well after we placed our order. Management needs to be reviewed by their district supervisor. read more

Been to this location numerous times and each time they do not have pizza's "hot n ready". I am ask each time to pull around and it'll be brought out within 8 -10 minutes, but I end up waiting closer to 20 minutes. There is also nothing else in that place that's ready when you pull in, such as itialian cheese bread, cinnamon bites, etc. Alot of the issue is nothing but teenagers are running this facility and no manager is ever on duty. When in a hurry, going through the drive thru and getting a pizza quickly would be nice, but has not ever happened at this location. Definitely needs improvement. read more

I would leave less than a 1 star review if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Seems they get paid by the hour to do the exact opposite of their jobs. This review is not based off of just one visit, instead a multitude of visits. If you have a thing for being disappointed, irritated, ignored, or just flat out shit on, this is THE restaurant for you my friends. If you're calling to place an order, expect them to pick up the phone and hang up immediately. I've witnessed it several times as my party called from outside as I was inside..... for at least 30 minutes. This place needs new ownership, management, and employment. Good luck fellow Pizza goers.... read more
