Really good energy at this place with their staff/store. I go here a lot, especially now because they now have cheese stuffed crust in their pizza. They definitely respect my love for pineapple and ham on my pizza! Their new pretzel crust is phenomenal, definitely raised my sodium levels so you will have to write an apology letter to my physician in 6-8 business days. They also execute their stuff crazy bread every time, WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER AND THE MARINARA SAUCE EVERY TIME WITHOUT A DOUBT. Tasty pizza (my kids' favorite) for a low price! They have excellent customer service. My children have been offered free cookies and coloring pages by the staff, they are courteous and helpful, and do a great job with order timeliness. We have gone in person, got it delivered, done the hot-and-ready, and ordered ahead. We love this place! read more

So guys I love that you're cheap. Because your stuff is like meh it's good but I've had better. But why did you close down your online ordering? that's the only way I can order ahead, now I have to walk in and order, and when is that ever going to be convenient? you've forced me to order at dominos now, and they aren't as cheap as you are. Let me be rude and just say that (almost) everyone here should be fired and they should start over. I'll describe three separate visits here, which have resulted in me probably never going back here. And I would encourage you not to as well. 1.) I went in and asked the representative (who was sitting behind the counter in a rolling office chair) what they had that was 'hot-n-ready' - as in, I wanted to just grab something and go, and he listed off several different pizzas. So I placed an order for a sausage, and an extra-most-bestest (terrible name) pepperoni, with some crazy bread. He then rolled off into the back, screamed the order at the people who were just standing around and doing nothing and came up to the front. The total came out to like $10 something - so when I asked if he had both the sausage and the pepperoni, he said no, charged me for the second pizza, then rolled away again to yell the order back. So I sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes while they made my pizza - which isn't a huge deal for me. I'd rather have it be hot, than not. Then as I'm taking a look at the 'hot-n-ready' warmers, I notice that the pizza I wanted was already in there, along with the crazy bread. But for some reason, I was waiting for them to make me my order. Which makes no sense, but okay. As I'm seated, waiting, I'm listening to the people in the back swear and talk about their crazy relationships and partying. I don't care about swearing, or any of that - but you probably want to keep the details of you s** life out of work conversations when your customers can hear you. Finally I get my order, take it home, and realize that he made an extra-most-bestest (please change the name) sausage, not pepperoni, gave me another sausage, not pepperoni, and they were both raw in the middle. DISGUSTING. 2.) My boyfriend ran in to place an order for the 'hot-n-ready' pizzas (which are never READY when you get there), and had a similar experience. When the first pizza was done, although he saw the ones he had ordered in the warmer, the representative handed him the pizza from behind the counter, and wanted him to hold it until the other one was done. When he asked if he could just put it in the warmer so it wasn't cold, the representative was rude, and put it back in. The pizza was again - raw in the middle. 3.) The last visit was definitely the straw the broke the metaphorical camel's back. I went in to order two sausage pizzas and an order of crazy bread. There were probably 15 people crammed into this tiny waiting area - and the first thing I see is a wholly unpleasant woman at the front, who doesn't smile, or have any sort of positive interaction with the people there. She sat on her computer for about three minutes, ignoring me before looking up to take my order. After placing it, AGAIN SEEING WHAT I WANT IN THE HOT-N-READY WARMERS, I sit down and wait with everyone else. I watch the people in the back just stand around and do absolutely nothing, while again talking about partying and god-knows what else. The other people in the waiting room were visibly uncomfortable, as they should be, and crabby about waiting for pizza. I waited for 26 minutes for my two pizzas and crazy bread, and got my order before another family that had been waiting since even before me. When I got my pizzas, the lady at the front didn't say thank you or anything, just shoved them at me and let me go outside. THE ONLY POLITE PERSON WAS THE PIZZA MAKER GUY FROM THE BACK THAT WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING A CIGARETTE TWO FEET FROM THE ENTRANCE WHO SAID 'HAVE A GOOD NIGHT' WHILE SITTING ON HIS PHONE WITH ABOUT ANOTHER 10 PEOPLE STILL WAITING ON PIZZA. I cannot believe there are not more complaints about this location. I have had rude service and terribly raw pizza every time I've gone, and I'm surprised that these people still have jobs. This ain't because I was hungry for pizza.... I called in a pizza... (made fresh) some toppings...I had to Jumpstart my van cos idiot brain left the dome light on....any how...picked up my fresh made pizza 15 minutes after I ordered it...when I got home...I opened the box to find a very well made hot pizza..good amount of fresh toppings.. good going guys!! read more

If the older blonde lady is working the front you best just leave. Had to explain a simple order three times then she had to have help ringing it up. After 25 minutes of waiting it was wrong. Ten minutes later she said it was ready. I got home it was still wrong but on the bright side somebody kindly left their pen in the pizza box! read more

Terrible experience. I ordered my pizza with The Little Caesars app. They said my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I took my time and gave them an extra 5 minutes. My pizzas were not ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. While waiting for my pizza I watched one their employees come in from outside, go to the back without washing his hands and began handling the pizza dough. There was no way I wanted their pizza after that. read more

Gross! DO NOT GO HERE! Never again will I walk in here! Yesterday (Sunday, Sep 25), I waited about 15 minutes at about 9:30 pm for my pizza. Right before it was ready, an employee carried a huge, dusty rug out to the sidewalk, started to beat and dust the rug (using his bare hands), carried the rug back in, and WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR WEARING GLOVES, proceeded to take my pizza out of the oven, slice it, put it in a box, and hand it out to me! When I pointed that out to the manager, he apologized and offered to make another one. It was stormy and windy out. Did they expect me to wait for another 15 minutes? No, thank you! I love little Caesars, except for today I ordered their new pepperoni pretzel pizza and I even made the request to have a second topping. Guess what, if you are a meat lover, do not have this pizza. They skimped on the meat and shame on me for ordering a second topping. I could count the beef, It was probably around twenty pieces! i was disappointed and called the manager at the Madison Street Franchise in Eau Claire Wisconsin. She defended it by saying it was all about the pretzel so we decided to skim on your topping! Gee, maybe that should be a part of your advertising if that is your marketing strategy!! You forgot to advertise...Guess what people,.. we have eliminated half of the usual pepperoni topping! I said to her that when I order a self-rising crust pizza or a stuffed crust that the topping is never compromised, and after all, it is about the crust in these pizzas.
