We've never had an issue with our order, and this location is close to our house so the food is still warm after pickup. Ordered a new stuffed crust pizza and buffalo wings, was told 10 minutes. No names where take n. Went in and no one knew of the order. What the heck? Now we're waiting 10 minutes in the car for our order to be done up. Went here reluctantly with my dad to pick up that new smokehouse pizza for my mom. I have never have been a fan of Little's Caeser's sub par pizza, ever. I have always just considered it just something to fill the hole. Something you eat when it is given to you after you have nothing else to eat and have a lot of drinks in you. We pulled into the drive thru and ordered our pizza which was fine until we were told to pull ahead. We sat there waiting for our pizza for 30 minutes. As we were pulling away, some kid came running out with our pizza. After, asking him what the wait was for he just says, I dunno and leaves. Are you kidding? The pizza was as expected, sub par. went there Feb 09 2018, short staffed and one of the girls in the back around 17ish was complaining that she deserves better and she shouldn't have to work in this stressful environment, manager was horrible and said she was considering quitting her job, ordered online and order was wrong and bread sticks were hard as a rock or turned to crumbs. Went back to show my order was wrong and was told I'd get a refund and the order was remade. refund wasn't submitted and called Cory the general manager two days later, said he'd refund my money and expect it back in a couple of business days, now 15 days later and still no refund so contacted my bank and filled a dispute. Overall stay away from this crap joint. Pizza is good from other locations so I go to other locations and not the Coon Rapids one. read more

If I could give this place zero, I totally would too. We haven't gotten pizza here in forever, cause cardboard and cheese and all, but it's cheap for a party so this was it. Went up there, called ahead for 4 pepperoni and 2 sausage. Was told 15 mins. Went in at the 18 min mark. Manager had no idea what we were talking about or that any order had taken place. Male employee said he did take the order, but had sold the pizzas. Ok cool. How long for more? 'Well we have 4 pepperoni, 15 mins on the rest' cool, we'll wait. Another customer walks in, they sell one of our pepperonis to her. Actually never mind. We'll spend our money at dominos, because little Cesar's clearly cares NOTHING for customer service. Went in and ordered a "$5 pepperoni pizza" I was told after my card was swiped that their manager says that you can only get a $5 pizza when you order online, super weird considering they have been $5 at every other location for years. Very deceptive and unethical practice. Charged me for a $6 pizza when I specifically ordered a $5. Then when I called corporate to let them know the lady told me that shouldn't have ever happened. I know it's petty to be complaining about a dollar but I work for all of my dollars, and it felt like someone stole $1 from me. They didn't have any pizzas ready. My family decided to try out this new Little Caesar's location on a whim. I'd never eaten at a Little Caesar's before, my husband raved about it. Our children and I waited in the car in the parking lot when my husband ran in to order and bring out the food. The restaurant boasts that they have pizzas hot and ready for pick up, so I put them to the test. Me waiting in the car with two hungry and cranky kids means this place had better be lightning fast before my patience ran out. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my husband returned, with a large pepperoni pizza, order of "crazy bread", and a small order of wings even. Thumbs up for the speed of the order. When we got home, we all dug in and even though everything was hot and tasty, I just wasn't over the moon about it. I definitely couldn't justify my husband's rave about this place, as I just didn't think it was anything special. Nothing about it really stood out as superior to all of the other pizza joints we have around here, flavor-wise. But as fasr as ease and quickness from counter-side ordering, to putting the order in my husband's hands, I was definitely impressed. Hopefully that instance wasn't just an overzealous store manager trying to impress customers in the first few weeks of the store being open, to gain business, and that this actually sticks. I also see they are constructing a drive thru window along side of the building, so kudos for that. I'll be trying that out, I'm sure. read more

Staff isn't friendly. One of their workers was vaping in the kitchen right next to where the food was processed. The breadsticks were hard as a rock. They didn't wash their hands after taking credit cards and ringing people up before going back to put the food together. Just gross all around. read more

I went here about a week ago to pick up a quick, cheap dinner; a $5 hot and ready pizza. As I'm preparing to order in the drive thru, I noticed an advertisement for $6 deep dish pizzas. At only a dollar more, I decided that I'd try that instead. I order and the young lady at the register told me to park in the designated zone and it would be out in 4 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting I became rather annoyed and decided to call to see what was going on. A young lady answered and after hearing my reason for calling passed the phone to a man. After hearing my reason for calling the man then passed the phone to a second young lady. Now it's been 12 minutes. I explain to the 2nd young lady that I have now been waiting 12 minutes for what was supposed to be a 4 minute wait. She explained that the young lady at the register was incorrect and the pizza takes 7 minutes, not 4. Now we're at 14 minutes. I tell her this and she informs me that "HE" is getting the pizza from the oven right now and "Do you want free crazy bread?". No. No, I do not want free crazy bread. After 15 minutes my 4/7 minute $6 deep dish pizza is brought out amid profuse apologies. If you like waiting 15 minutes for a $6 pizza that's supposed to take 4 or maybe 7 minutes, then this is the place for you. read more
