I was ok with that until they told me that they had a no refund policy and that I would have to order something else. I didn't want anything else I asked for my money back and they told me they couldn't give me my money back because they had a strict no refund policy. I then informed them that it was not my fault that they did not have the product that I paid for. The cashier was rude she tried to pressure me into buying something that I didn't want and refused to talk to me. Needless to say I had to wait on the owner to come in and give me a refund. She arrives 30 minutes later apologizes, but in what establishment is this acceptable? None that I know of. The cashier walked out after messing up different orders and came irate when the workers and customers told her she was wrong and walked out.

Servers were so kind and patient with our tables it was quite impressive. All plates came out at the same time which was quite impressive. Every one said their dishes were tasty, and several had enough left over to ask for takeout boxes, which I'm sure they will make another meal of. I was surprised when I got the bill and ask the server if she had missed something. I was expecting a much larger bill. Service was far and above, server told me tip had already been added. I doubled the tip and they shared a of the delicious birthday cake with us. I'll be going back to the Grill.

The Taco Amigo is a very solid and dare I say, a stellar choice for food if you are in Columbus,…read moreMississippi. This particular food truck sits in a liquor store's parking lot and is proof positive that the best Mexican food does not come from high-end restaurants, but rather these humble little places. The service here was very friendly and the food was made in no time flat. I we t with their birria taco and their French fries with steak. Both were amazing. I will give a little ding here, on the French fries with the steak, the jalapeño peppers were obviously jarred. I would have preferred freshly sliced and hit on the flat grill for a moment. Another, their sauces came in packets. Again, this place is amazing, but fixing those two small items would have made here amazing squared. Again, it is a food truck, so there was no seating. However, I took my food to the Columbus River Walk and enjoyed my meal there. I would definitely recommend the Taco Amigo and I give it five stars overall. Go see for yourself.

Sunday, we headed to BWW with a pretty large group. When we arrived, we noticed the restaurant was…read morevery slow, with only a couple of other tables occupied and a few people at the bar, so we split our group between two tables. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow from the start. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink orders, and nearly 20 minutes for us to receive our waters. It then took about 30 minutes for her to take our food orders, followed by over an hour before our food arrived. Our food was brought out one item at a time, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. Half the table was done eating 20 minutes before the other half even got their food. There were two other servers working who each had only one or two tables, while our waitress was responsible for both of our tables by herself (one of those playing on her phone ) There were two different tables that walked out due to the slow service. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but considering how slow it was when we arrived, the level of service we received was very disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

We just tried the new location. Everyone enjoyed it. Here's the summary:…read more I liked the old building better. This location is a little cramped. A bigger building and bigger tables would make this a lot more enjoyable. Also, one of the girls wore shorts so short that you could literally see her whole ass when she moved a certain way. And believe me, you couldn't miss it. My nephew wanted an order of cheese fries. I personally don't care for cheese fries, but they loved them. The buffalo wings are great for a pizza place. Also, the pizza is better than I remembered. I love the sauce. We always get the rock and roll pizza. The waitress was very nice. She didn't come around often as I would like, but I've had a lot worse. Overall, this is was a good experience.
