Sunday, we headed to BWW with a pretty large group. When we arrived, we noticed the restaurant was very slow, with only a couple of other tables occupied and a few people at the bar, so we split our group between two tables. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow from the start. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink orders, and nearly 20 minutes for us to receive our waters. It then took about 30 minutes for her to take our food orders, followed by over an hour before our food arrived. Our food was brought out one item at a time, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. Half the table was done eating 20 minutes before the other half even got their food. There were two other servers working who each had only one or two tables, while our waitress was responsible for both of our tables by herself (one of those playing on her phone ) There were two different tables that walked out due to the slow service. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but considering how slow it was when we arrived, the level of service we received was very disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. read more

Terrible service! Long wait for drinks and food. They were out of French Fries!!! When I asked for raw, not grilled, onion on my cheeseburger they said it's BWW policy to not serve raw onion?!?!? What? Apparently this is just Columbus BWW policy because all other BEWs definitely serve raw onion when requested. Manager was not accommodating to this request at all. The wings came out cold, like they had been sitting in the window for 20min. The biggest wing out of the dozen was the size of your pinky. What ever AI BOT is leaving false reviews about how delicious, crispy and hot these wings are lies. If you break down and waste your money here you will be disappointed. read more

The food is good, the service is not. Always have to wait just to order a drink. The servers are never friendly , makes me feel that I'm a bother. Please do better. read more

Always a spot at the bar open and the bartender is usually very responsive and helpful

Horrible service. We waited for 30 minutes and were never seen by a waiter. Usually the service is terrible at this location anyway and your food takes an hour or more to arrive. This was the first time in my experience never even getting to order tho. We left after waiting for 30 minutes. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but the location wasn't very busy. read more

If i could leave a -100000 review i would ! Night crew and manager suck !!!!!! We got there at 10:50 , mind you they close at 12! We were not greeted by a host so we sat in the bar area. We sat there over 20 mins before i tried to go get a server to assist us but it seems as though they were hiding ! Ridiculous. Ask the bartender for help and she was NONE at all and lying as well. If yall want to stop working and close at 11pm then CHANGE the closing time!!!!! Definitely going downhill ! read more

When you have to bus your own table because the other staff says 'its not their job' and tables aren't being turned over. And you have to go order from the host stand. And you can't even pay because the host can't check you out...but your waitress is nowhere to be seen for two hours. And your friends never got drinks. And they try and add 18% gratuity automatically... How does this business even run? read more

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints. From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric--The wings were absolutely on point: crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. The beer was ice cold, the service was fast and friendly (Mahala is the best server ever), and the TVs everywhere made sure I didn't miss a second of the action. Whether you're here for sports, wings, or just a chill night with friends, this place nails it every time. Already planning my next visit! read more

The food was decent for a Buffalo Wild Wings. The service though was pretty slow and the restaurant at the time wasn't even busy.

Chicken was so dry. Server was rude. Service was trash it took 20 minutes to get me drink I had to get up and get me self a drink. The silverware was dirty and not cleaned. My carrots had mold on them. I will never order carrots here again. read more

See all

I eat lunch at this BWW probably three days per week. I get the same order every single time. They always treat me right and when they see me walk in, my drink is waiting for me before I get to my table in the bar area. They are extremely nice and knowledgeable and remember exactly how I order and what I like. There are some times they are very busy and it can run a little long but I do not mind because the service is so absolutely pleasant in every facet. The food is always cooked perfectly with good portion sizes and they bring me extra sauces as I ask for them with no hesitation. This is my main lunch spot and will continue to be. read more

Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The service was slow, not attentive, the food came out cold, the "bottomless appetizers" didn't even come out until after the meal! How is that an appetizer? Complete rip off. In addition, the customers were screaming and acting insane. No control whatsoever. Other customers walked out. I will never go back to this location, and I will be warning people about this restaurant. If I could give it negative stars, I would. read more

One of the worst managed restaurants I've ever been to in my life. We have been here for over an hour and no food.

Went here last night 27SEP2924 and let me tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff ignored our party of three at the entrance for about 15 minutes until we finally had to find someone to be seated. I asked for a booth and she responded that they were all dirty so we needed to sit at a high top. We ordered some drinks which took 20 minutes to get. Food was ordered and delivered in about 15 minutes which is fine but they got our order wrong and refused to fix it. Ordered a second drink and it took 30 minutes to come out. There was a bunch of kids (15-18 years old) in the restaurant fighting and yelling and it took the staff about 45 minutes to call the police and kick them out. Food was cold and again the order was wrong. Would not spend a dime here ever again. Corporate needs to shut this location down immediately. read more

Honestly, I'm let down again by BDubs. I feel like every time I've gone to buffalo wild wings in the past 2 years, it's been a worse and worse experience. The waiters were very nice. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I got Nashville Hot and Asian Zing Boneless wings. The Asian Zing was good. The Nashville Hot was pretty terrible. Tasted like spaghetti sauce mixed with hot sauce. Kinda smelled like chilli. Either way it was just pretty bad with bad quality meat. Just my honest take on this restaurant. read more

I ate here many many years ago and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was totally raw in the middle. We told the waitress. They offered a small discount on our ticket as a resolution. I wasn't hungry after I realized I bit into a raw chicken breast. I have only been back once because a friend wanted to go and I chose not to eat anything while I was there because I couldn't stomach the thought after the raw chicken ordeal. I don't plan on ever going back unless it is just to visit with a friend and not eat a drop. Very poor experience. read more

This is the 6th time I tryed to order from the location they never answer the phone and when they do they are very rude !!

I ordered from this place tonight first time in a while and if they put any seasoning on the wings they were EXTREMELY light I wanted lemon pepper Wings I could barely taste anything except the wings I like to taste the lemon pepper probably won't go back They are other wings places in town that do a MUCH better job I am glad I had some seasoning at the house to give these wings some flavor it was not lemon pepper like I wanted but a cajun seasoning Truthfully I'm probably wasting my time on this review because in my experience no management team members ever reads or responds to these So if you like wings with out flavor you found the right place or you like flavor go across town to that wings place the have a LOT of flavor and would highly recommend My family ask that I never go back I wish I read the reviews before making a decision but lessons learned I'll say again if I get a response from the Management team I will be extremely surprised !! With all the bad reviews I'm surprised that this place is still opened read more

B-dubs is always good. The issue with this one seems to be the issue at many of them...crappy service. My bartender was not attentive after getting my order. I sat there for at least 15 minutes waiting to get my check. She served all of her regulars and cleaned up the bar after them and I was finished before any of them. I say 2 seats away from one of them. She never asked me if I needed anything or if my food was good. I love their wings but their service needs to improve. read more

We came in with our group tonight. We were immediately sat and started our wait. Our server (i think) came by and laid forks on the table then said "ill be right back." after waiting ten minutes, i had to go complain to the hostess because she hadnt return to even get our drink order. The hostess and manager had to go find her. The manager walked by and said "she'll be right by!". After waiting another ten minutes, we finally decided to leave. We had been sitting for 20 minutes and never even got our drink order taken. A friend tried to go get a manager and still weren't even met with the respect of that. I am a server and I would have at least stopped by to let my table know I was busy. I would never treat a table with as much disrespect as we received. If you really want Bdubs, go to the one in Starkville!! They have so much better service!!!! read more

I just left this location and I can say that was one of the most ridiculous experiences I've had a restaurant. We were sat and had a server greet us to say she would be right with us. No short of 20 minutes later, she had still not returned/taken our drink orders despite the fact she had walked past us multiple times. I would love to say which server she was, but after 20 minutes we had still not even gotten as far as an introduction. I eventually asked for a manager then waited for another 5 minutes before finally just leaving. I've been a server for years and would never dream of providing such atrocious service. read more

We come on the regular and usually have amazing service from Sam. Unfortunately, tonight we did not have Sam and our service was awful. Our waitress was Laquinsha and we had to pull her away from socializing with a group of coworkers at a booth to put in our orders and waited 30 minutes for one beer because she never put order in. If you ask me, Sam is the best waitress AND bartender they have. read more

Don't bother trying to call this store they won't ever answer. Online website is always down.

Went in today to this BWW and waited for 5 or 6 minutes for a greeter to seat me. Never saw one, I saw 3 or 4 waitresses walk right by made eye contact with one but no help from them. First off let me start off saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings when I don't feel like cooking me and my kids love to get us some Buffalo Wild Wings my favorite wing flavor is Asian Zing which my waitress Asia referred once I told her I wanted something different also off topic but I Was not Asia only table and I must say she never showed frustration toward me was very professional read more

The food is just the standard chicken wings not bad but nothing out of this world. What gets me is the lack of respect these servers and other employees have here at this store. They just don't care what you think or how their actions make you feel bc they don't care. I've worked in the hospitality business for a very long time front of the house and the back of the house all around It. And what I don't understand is how does a business have a phone but doesn't answer it ever. When I have had them answer they just make ugly sounds and hang up in your face laughing. This isn't the way you keep returning customers or gain new customers. And it all starts with the management and the ones who train their new hires. Y'all need to do some major house cleaning of the spoiled wait staff and front of the house employees that think a job is a joke this is only temporary for me I don't need to work attitude's and have a real meeting. Bc how does the management not correct this and other actions or address them so they don't continue to happen? You know how I know that they don't correct them or say anything to them. Bc three years ago I made a review well guess what the same exact things are still happening three years later. So how does a business afford to not answer the phone and just lose business. I guess the owners have the same attitude they don't need to work they don't need the money they dont care. I'm sure the corporate office doesn't really know just how horrible the staff is. Bc how would anyone allow for a partner to run a store so poorly how? The brand BBW is a great corporation and I'm sure they would make the proper corrections. I will not ever step foot in your restaurant of attitudes and feelings ever again at least not in Columbus Mississippi and I will most definitely tell others of my experiences with this store. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional is an understatement. read more

Service was TERRIBLE. Took over forever to get our drink order and get our drinks to our table. We ordered our food and all of our wings came out cold!!! The waitress was no where to be found for 15-20 minutes. Wings were $15 for 10 not doing that again. Terrible experience! Music was so loud and waitresses/waiters were standing around chatting. Wish I could rate this 0/5. read more

waited 20 minutes, asked for a manager multiple times and nothing. couldn't even receive our drinks

Would give it 0 stars if I could. This place has been a dump ever since it opened. The service is horrible and the workers don't care about anything. They don't use hairnets because I've found hair in my food multiple times including right now. (Which led me to write this review). I was waiting 30 minutes for my food that was sitting right in front of me. I asked multiple times if that was mine and the front desk lady sassily said no. I asked for somebody else to look at it and turns out it was my order in the first place. The environment is dull and the workers make it entirely worse. Fire your workers and maybe you won't have 2 stars. read more
