Little Caesars is a classic. I think about my childhood and "Pizza, Pizza". Two pizzas on a piece of cardboard, wrapped in paper. Those were the days. I've been pretty happy each time I've been here. I don't ever have high expectations considering I come in for a hot and ready. They always have what I want and it's hot as the advertise. Today we got the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni and it was great. I swear it's made with a higher cheese quality or it's because there is just more of it, but it defenitely has a little cheese pull to it. The pepperoni is loaded on the pizza. I like it a lot. I have ordered ahead and love the lock box type thing they have. Put in the code, grab your stuff, and you're out. It is so convenient, especially when they are busy. Staff does their job. You go in and they greet you and thank you when you leave. They are polite and speedy. Not sure why others have such low reviews. When you walk in for a pizza that's been sitting in a warmer, it's hard to complain! read more

HOT AND READY MORE LIKE HOT NOT AND READY!!!!!! my brother got admitted to the hospital for who know what but it was his birthday so me and my dad wanted to cheer him up with a hot and ready. so we pull up and there is this guy (he looks like his name would be mark) and he was just throwing pizzas in the back. like slamming them against the counter, and we were going to be in and out because HOT AND READY but to our surprise there where no hot and readys there were only hot and nots so moral of the story don't go to little ceasers if you want too cheer up your brother. read more

Yuck! Crazy bread was burnt and dry beyond dry. Pizza was inconsistent, some had nice risen dough and the others were flat like card board and burnt. I don't get it. Next time I'll pay the extra money and go somewhere else. I bought five pizzas and a couple crazy breads for a party. Ended up throwing most of it out, there was so much leftover. If I could give zero stars I would, and I am not one to ever feel the need to review a place but this time it was so terrible, I just have to. I placed an order for one pizza at 6:05 PM and was told it would be ready between 6:36 and 6:42 PM in the portal. At 6:35 I checked the app and it says it wasn't even in the oven yet so I went to the counter to ask what the progress was. It took 15 minutes with at least seven people in line behind me for someone to come to the counter and they didn't come on their free will someone behind me had to call them over. Mind you, every single employee made eye contact with me at least five times and didn't come to assist, and the person who was on the food making line was literally just prepping toppings bins and making dough. At this point, I was waiting 45 minutes for one pizza and was told it was not even in the oven yet. read more

We ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas, cheesy bread, and 1 order of crazy bread.They said 30 minutes A: they couldn't find the order, it was paid for, it took forever to find the order. an hour B: they ran out of pepperoni C: We finally got 3 pepperoni pizzas, one cheese pizza, and two orders of crazy bread. They said the would throw in free bread. But didn't. D: all 6 of us got severe stomach aches today. No joke. E: never go to this little Caesar's. Everyone was waiting a long time for their orders. Ordered delivery last night. Pizza was hot and ready. Bread was good. But for the life of me what I cannot figure out is how to get the pizza people and the delivery people to get on the same page with dipping sauce. It's pretty simple. Went into little Caesars at this location for their lunch special. Nobody was there but me and yet had 2 employees walk past me and 1 did say he would get to me but after 5 minutes left as I got no service. What a waste. Went to green lantern instead. read more

5$ Hollar, anyone? This LC is pretty much the norm for a Caesar's. Fast, efficient and polite service from their staff and a hot n' ready that was both hot and ready. I also ordered a bread and sauce. I was impressed that the cashier actually went back to the hot box and picked me a fresher hotter bag of bread than the one he first set down for my order. In a pinch, Caesar's is always a tasty time saver. I'm a fan. It may not be the best pizza you can buy but it's always the best tasting of the least expensive options, and faster than even Jimmy John's. read more

Extremely inconsistent service, constant errors on orders, and staff seems lazy and always has an attitude. This place is between my work and my home , so I would often visit. I want to say I would try it out often. I'm no stranger to Little Caesars (unfortunately), but I would consistently leave here telling myself I'm never coming back. Then I would find myself saying "let's give it one more try". I'm relieved to now say "I'm done". Unfortunately I can't be done with pizza altogether. I'll just replay my latest visit , since all visits prior to lead me to believe I would leave disappointed. Sure enough I ended up walking out swearing to never go back again. I walked in just wanted to order some crazy bread. I had plenty of cash and needed the carbs before my workout. I walked in and there was a guy at the counter but he didn't greet me or anything. I could see he was busy, busy counting money. And he took his time. It was probably around 5mins but it felt forever. Only after half the time standing there did he lift his head to apologize , saying "sorry I have to do this". Then put his head back down and went back to counting. After he was finally done he looked at me and said "yes?" As if I was now a nuisance for waiting patiently. I asked for the bread . I pulled out my cash (a $20) and he said , "I can't break your $20, no change for it". No apology, no nothing, I wanted to use cash not my card. You're telling me this is your guy to run the counter? Takes forever counting money, I'm assuming before he puts it in the safe, and on top of which doesn't have enough left over in the drawer to break commonly used small bills? Store Manager informed me I can no longer order deepdeep dish via the app because of a shortage in crust. But if I call and listen to the message about how I should be ordering with the app and wait on hold until I finally get a human, I can place an order for exactly what I want including a deepdeep dish. What kind of service is that? Also, I liked using the app because it would alert you to when the order was ready and use the pizza portal for a quick pickup. Now it tells you that you have to inside to the counter for your order because the portal has been busted for weeks. I've also emailed corporate twice through the customer service form to inform them of these issues and they've never bothered to reach back out to me. Little Caesar's has never had the best pizza but I like the convenience and price. Now the convenience is gone and they just upped their prices. What a shame. read more

Did not open the doors or answer the phones when they were supposed to be open at 11. Stood outside for over a half an hour to order while they completely ignored us from the inside. Couldnt even open the door to say they were not ready to take orders. Absolutely terrible way to lose good business. They need to hire more respectable people. Pure ignorance! read more

About as unhelpful as could be. Tried to go in and buy a $5 pizza and they don't have change. So I tried to add breadstick so that I wouldn't need change and was told I'd have to wait. Hey little Caesar's when I come in to buy a hot n ready Its to save money and time not the opposite. read more

The last three times we ordered through the Pizza Portal, our orders weren't ready when they said they would be - and not by a long shot. Two of those times we were told that they "forgot" to put our order into the system and therefore no one made our pizza. The last time was the worst. After being told that our order wasn't ready but would be "in a couple of minutes", we were ignored for fifteen minutes before the girl behind the counter finally stopped flirting with one of the guys working that night and realized we were still there. That's when she told us the order wasn't put in at all, but they could make it for us "in a couple of minutes". We asked for a full refund, after spending nearly an hour of our day wasted there. We won't be back to this Little Caesar's - ever. We'll stick with the Pinckney one who has never let us down. read more

I have eaten a lot of pizzas from this location and they were very good. They must have changed either their dough recipe or the person who bakes them. My last two pizzas had crust that tasted like cardboard both at the edge and all the way down. Dry, overcooked and hard. Ugh. Threw much out. My dog even turned up her nose. read more

Upon opening the door and being stunned by the bright fluorescent lights within Little Caesars, I was immediately able to smell the recently baked pizzas that had just been removed from the oven. Aside from the staff, there was not another person in sight, probably due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There was no hesitation from the women working the counter to begin taking my order, in the friendliest way possible. Although the menu had a variety of options; there were basically slight differences between the same two basic foods, pizza and bread sticks. The two most popular pizzas, Hot n' Ready, and Extra Most Bestest, are the only two options that are premade, meaning that any other customization you'd like would be an additional wait time and cost. The bread sticks had the same situation, leaving only Crazy Bread and the Italian Cheese Bread to be the only readily available options. Due to the amount of time I was willing to spend inside, I didn't order anything that required a wait, although the cinnamon bites looked more than appetizing. As soon as I informed her what I would like, she turned around, grabbed all of what I wanted and placed it on the counter between us. Luckily, there was no wait time and I was checked out in less than 60 seconds. This location seemed very well sanitized, and everyone seemed to be following food safety guidelines. Despite the current restrictions on dine in customers, Little Caesars doesn't even have that option available. The entire front lobby consists of a few chairs to wait for the order, a bathroom, the beverage cooler and the front counter, leaving less areas to have to ensure are cleaned properly. I leave the establishment and bring everything home to be consumed, and I immediately notice the temperature of the Crazy Bread. It could be due to the amount of time it took me to arrive home, but they were cold as soon as I ate them. This leaves me to believe they were sitting in the hot box for a while, allowing their internal temperature to decrease while just keeping warm on the outside. Although they weren't extremely fresh, it's difficult to expect them to be if they're readily available for picking up at any time. There was still an equal distribution of butter to cheese, making the flavor equally as enjoyable upon being microwaved for a few seconds longer. The pizza was perfectly crafted, almost as if there was a machine making the pizzas with just the click of a button. There were no mistakes regarding the spreading of the cheese or the placements of the pepperoni, leaving the pizza to be more than expected. A five dollar pizza can't be compared to the same pies created by locally owned pizza places offering a wider variety of selections, with differing sauce and crust flavoring options; yet the cheaper alternative was equally as satisfying. Not everybody is provided with the opportunity to spend absorbent amounts of money curating the perfect pizza, which is usually what occurs when attending pizza places outside of Little Caesars. They have the cheapest options in Brighton, as long as you're not expecting to make customization to what they have available. Considering the time and money you're saving by choosing Little Caesars, the slight differences in taste aren't going to make as much of an impact. It's possible to experience cooled food from any restaurant, so there is no guarantee what they've created for you is immediately out of the oven, especially when placing an order with a scheduled pick up time. Kurt Vonnegut once said. "In this world, you get what you pay for" and Little Caesars is a great example for such a motto. Overall, my experience here was rather positive and I would absolutely recommend taking a trip to Little Caesars, and picking up a couple pizzas for your kid's next soccer game. Especially since the lower prices enable parents to have an easier time of acquiring a large amount of food without breaking the bank. read more
