We were here today with a team; it took 90 minutes for my son to receive his beverage and it's now been 2 hours and we haven't received our food. I don't understand why my order is wrong every time I order delivery or carry out from this location. It's my fault for continuing to try and expecting different results. Tonight I ordered traditional wings and received boneless- and it's happened before. They did get my extra sauce request correct which rarely happens, but my salt/vinegar seasoning on my fries was missed. Also, the boneless wings (that I did not want) were more like 7 instead of 10 because the size of several were almost like "breading chunks" with almost no meat. Just disappointing because there is literally no recourse when you order delivery from their app- my fault. They were following protocol. Everything smelled of cleaning product. They don't do happy hour, but did have $3 tall bud lights. Got one of those and the crispy chicken wrap with mild sauce. Food came out hot. The fries were really fresh! It was delicious! They use disposable plastic ware and I get it, but I hate the amount of waste being created. This Bdubs is so good! I haven't been to a Bdub's in forever because there isn't one near me, but over the last couple years (mainly since Bdub's rapidly expanded) the quality has gone way down. I know that these are different times gas is more expensive therefore that has driven the price of everything up. Bankruptcies for restaurants like Wings N More - Applebees - I Hop - Red Lobster - Pizza Hut - Wendy's are changing the dining experience. Bdubs has never disappointed me! The food is always hot and full of flavor. I love the spicy garlic sauce. I purchased a bottle to keep at home as well. The queso is bomb! I used to meet with a group of retirees from work once a week at a Buffalo Wild Wings for several years and even knew most of the menu from memory. But eventually the group dissolved and I haven't been back to a BWW since. But today we were with a group that decided they wanted to eat at this BWW that happened to be close by, so we went along. They put tables together for our group of eleven and we were seated in a few minutes. Our server, a pleasant young lady named Isabelle, took our drink orders and after a quick review of the menu, I found my previous favorite dish: Buffalitos with Mango Habanero Sauce that comes with a side of Fries! My wife ordered Naked Chicken Tenders (I promised not to look) with Honey Bar-B-Que Sauce on the Side and an order of Celery and Carrots. Once we got our food and started eating, I remembered why Buffalitos were my favorite dish at BWW; basically soft tacos with grilled chicken, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and choice of sauce, which for me was Mango Habanero! I felt that familiar burn that was intense but also tolerable! Fries were warm and helped temper the heat a bit. Meanwhile, Isabelle kept checking back periodically to refresh drinks, bring napkins, To Go boxes, etc. she was just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism with a good sense of humor. Something was very wrong here today. We have been frequent diners at BW3, and have frequently lunched on their chicken tenders meal. Today, we ordered an appetizer and 2-3pc tender meals. Never got the appetizer--waitperson said she forgot to order it! The tenders served today were half the size we were accustomed to, looked freezer burned, were dry and hard, and the breading had no flavor! When I mentioned that they must have changed suppliers, the waitperson said yes, over a year and a half ago--but they have changed again based on todays food! Stopped in for a quick bite while doing some shopping and hanging out. Everything started out great with hostess and manager helping to get us seated. After we were seated, our waiter met us with a wonderful demeanor. We ordered some food and that's when things going down hill. The food took a bit longer than expected, however we didn't mind that so much as it was busy. The worst part was that our waiter had seemed to have forgotten about us. We had two larger tables on either side of us, so we tried to allow for some understanding. It was when our waiter walked past our table three to four times while three of our drink cups were either completely empty or newly so that I had to try and get his attention. The drinks still took some time come and individually. A water came first then and he left without saying anything about the other water or drink. It wasn't until another waitress brought our food and we asked for the additional drinks that they arrived. Now to the food, the wings were good and the norm for BWs. The sauce was light and we had to ask for additional to cover the half bare wings. The macaroni and cheese should be thrown off the menu. They were tasteless noodles with a hint of cheese. My orders are typically very simple, I always get one thing that needs a little more attention: potato wedges WELL DONE (because I like them crispy) with lemon pepper. What I got? The hour hour beer specials were exactly what I was in the market for I think all draft beer was $1 off and they have discounted appetizers as well. One of the best things about BWs is the wide selection of beer. I had a few Michigan IPAs then placed a to go order. My wings came out quickly and I headed home. Its always a noisey place, with lots of televisions, with all types of sports and video trivia. They have a good selection of beers, and there is always some type of drink specials, just ask. They are known for their various degrees of sauces, which you can put on a variety of foods, from chicken wings to sandwiches. Although the wife had the tomato soup, and she said it was very good. I typically order a dozen wings, one with a medium spice sure and the other with a warmer sauce. They are not the best I've ever had, but they have a good selection and plenty of options. read more

Of the three items I requested on my sandwich (cheese, lettuce, pickles), she heard only lettuce. I repeated myself three times, which is when she heard tomatoes, which I informed her I'm allergic to. She heard that part, but my sandwich was still made incorrectly. The rest of the order was correct, so I don't know if she didn't hear me (three times), or if the kitchen was busy/couldn't read the order.
