The surrounding restaurants were packed, but this one wasn't. Maybe that was our first warning sign! We walked in and we're seated pretty quickly, but then we had to wait approximately 15 minutes before someone even came by and acknowledged us sitting down. Of course in that amount of time we were ready to place our order. 20 minutes later, ur food came out. It was decent. Accurate. Nothing to write home about. Because of the poor customer service, my husband ended up leaving about 15% tip on our bill which ended up being around $45. Fast-forward a few weeks, my husband is looking at the credit card bill and sees that there is a $90 charge for Buffalo wild wings in Oxford! Imagine our surprise! He calls his credit card company and begins the dispute process. Two days later, the general manager of the store calls my husband And says that the waitress miskeyed in the tip, giving herself a $45 tip not a total of $45 bill. She was apologetic, but I can only imagine how many other times this has been done to other customers.
