My husband went to pick the order up and brought it home. I immediately noticed one of the pizzas was made incorrectly and the other three were thrown together. I attempted to call the store back over ten times and would always be directed to a call center, they would attempt to transfer me to the store, and then the calls would drop. Because it was late, they were closing, and I work long hours, I decided I would just call back the next day. I reached the sorry excuse for a manager named Kaylee. I explained to her what happened, expecting her to refund the amount the pasta cost. I didn't want a full refund, I didn't want another meal, I just wanted what I paid for and didn't get! She informed me that she had no proof that I didn't get my full order and because it happened the day before, there was nothing she could do. I was offended because that implied that I wasn't being truthful. I'm not pressed for a pan of pasta and I'm many of things but a liar is not one of them! She admitted that they had a lot of calls and the call center had to help them. My husband stated to me that when he was up there picking our food up, another customer was upset about theirs. That let me know they have a pattern. I asked for her manager or corporate number and she stated she didn't know who her manager was or have a corporate office. She then hung the phone up in my face. I called back got her name and found the owners information and called her! You have the wrong one Kaylee and you have now cost this store a lot of money because I will never do business with you again. I will admit that the owner was very professional, apologetic, and willing to take care of me. For that I am grateful! I thanked her! Nevertheless, having someone so rude and disrespectful with a title as a manager is enough for me not to ever go back. You all pick the wrong one picking her to run your company.
