Ordered 20 bone in wings. And I specified bone in. She brought nuggets. Probably what they sell as boneless but not wings. I pointed this out and she took them back. In a couple of minutes she's back with the correct order but they were not freshly cooked... closer to jerky. I did eat a few (3) paid the tab and got up to leave when another server came up with a fresh, correct order... she was confused and I was disgusted. Complete waste of time and @ $40. read more

Always horrible. No matter how many times we keep trying the order is always wrong. Items always missing. Reorder and order wrong again. I have had bad service many times, but never so many times in a row. read more

I don't have words to describe how bad it is here. Come here, you will regret it and I say this while I'm sitting here. Traveling from Tuscaloosa to Alabama we stopped for a beer, food, and to see the someone the Chiefs, Broncos game. Its a nationally televised game but they couldn't find the channel. Once they did at the end of the 1st quarter, they put it on, but changed the other tv's to a weightlifting competition, a golf game and a volleyball tournament. So on the best NFL Sunday, they are clueless. The waitress has apologized 3 times for them not bringing us the wings we ordered a half hr ago. I ordered thai wings with a light sauce. They have NO sauce..I got a dry rub. My good friend where I live is a Buffalo Wild Wings executive and is bumping this experience to a higher level. This is as bad as it gets. If you come here you will leave as angry as I am. The only bright spot is the southern hospitality of the young lady behind the bar with the bandana. Whoever is her boss, resign and let her work. Top 5 worst chain restaurant experiences in my 50 years on earth. Do not come here. I gave 1 star because thats the lowest but its a negative. read more

Food took an hour despite a mostly empty restaurant and I only ordered mozzarella sticks. Our server was very rude. She also spoke very quietly and was difficult to understand. My food also came out without one of the sauces listed on the order and no straw. If you go eat here learn to expect servers who don't care, food that will never arrive, and food that arrives wrong or incomplete. read more

WARNING!! CREDIT CARD FRAUD STORY INCOMING! AVOID!!! My family and I were in the area on a Sunday around lunchtime looking for a place to grab some food. The surrounding restaurants were packed, but this one wasn't. Maybe that was our first warning sign! We walked in and we're seated pretty quickly, but then we had to wait approximately 15 minutes before someone even came by and acknowledged us sitting down. Of course in that amount of time we were ready to place our order. 20 minutes later, ur food came out. It was decent. Accurate. Nothing to write home about. Because of the poor customer service, my husband ended up leaving about 15% tip on our bill which ended up being around $45. Fast-forward a few weeks, my husband is looking at the credit card bill and sees that there is a $90 charge for Buffalo wild wings in Oxford! Imagine our surprise! He calls his credit card company and begins the dispute process. Two days later, the general manager of the store calls my husband And says that the waitress miskeyed in the tip, giving herself a $45 tip not a total of $45 bill. She was apologetic, but I can only imagine how many other times this has been done to other customers. I will never visit this location again and I warn you to check your credit card bill if you do decide to stop here. read more

We were in the area and were hunting a place to get a quick bite to eat for lunch. Several of the other nearby restaurants were packed and this one wasn't, even on a busy NFL Sunday afternoon. So we decided to dip in and get some wings and give them a try. They weren't busy at all, but we still almost walked out before we were finally seen by a waitress. It had been close to 15 minutes, and we had literally just said "should we just get up and walk out" when they finally came over. The food itself was good, when it finally came out. We had some lemon pepper wings, as well as some garlic parmesan wings, and some potato wedges. read more

Waited 10 minutes after being seated and nobody came to our table. Two servers walked by several times and never acknowledged us.

10 years since I ate at this location, and I would say it was an improvement. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted and seated immediately. The server Jenny was friendly and answered any questions that I had. I ordered nachos and water. Tye surrounding areas were not too busy or loud. Music was being played softly on the speakers. The sports themed restaurant was perfect for a game day too. They also offered on tap beers. The food was served immediately, and the nachos were perfect. read more

We went in and ordered drinks and an appetizer. When the appetizer came out it was cold. The waitress changed it out and it came after our main meal. I asked if they could put on Baseball because it's opening day! The only things on the TVs was: old Football. Soccer. Rugby. Softball. Hockey. Talk sports, of course no volume. Two screens were 1990 Baseball. One was Dodgers V Cardinals behind me, I couldn't even watch it! The waitress did what she could and got a very good Tip. I understand why this restaurant has a two star rating. Customer service by the manager was poor at best! read more

Was hesitate after reading reviews but wanted to try anyway since I was craving wings. Walked in on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. Sat at the bar for 10 min and never saw a bartender. Eventually got up and walked out. read more

This place is a joke. Do t waste your TIME mostly. If you can get your food in a timely manner count your blessings. Apparently they cook each item one at a time. We got seated right after a 6 person party and it took over an hour to get our food boxed up in the kitchen. Then it took another 20 minutes for our food to be brought to our table. Then manager wanted to argue about not being able to do a refund. read more

Wings were great, service was great, wedges were great, no wait... no complaints. I would go back to this location without hesitation.

My server Mal would not give me the correct change after I already gave her a 4$ tip. She owed me 61 cents and decided she was going to do her own way and just give me a dollar. I do not think she should be able to continue working at the buffalo wild wings in Oxford Al. read more

Multiple times I have been to this location (Oxford, AL) and had a terrible experience- not sure why I keep giving them a chance. Getting a table is easy enough, but everything else here just seems like such a struggle for them to do. If they take the order, did they remember to ring it in? You begin to wonder as you see multiple parties who came in and were seated after you all receive their food. This last trip, two parties got their food, finished, paid and left before our table of three's food ever arrived. And then when the food does arrive? It's cold or lukewarm as if it's been sitting out on the counter this whole time. Just an overall miserable experience and hopefully I will be wise enough to strike this place from the list of places to grab a bite. 0/10 read more

I ordered online and your site is fucked up and wouldnt allow us to get any vegetables as a side instead of fries and wouldn't give us the side without trying to make us pay extra and dont wings come with celery and carrots on the side? Buffalo Wild Wings - They messed up our order and then took 20 minutes cooking our grilled chicken and gave us this bullshit - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oxford, Alabama

This review is not reflective of our service. Our food & service was great. But we unfortunately witnessed a manager being unnecessarily rude to our server. I think I heard someone refer to the manager as Kay & this is not the 1st time we have seen her be rude. Our server was doing a great job & Kay yelled at her while she was bringing us our drinks because Kay wanted her to put a tray up instead. This is not something we care to witness while enjoying our meal & no one deserves to be talked to that way. read more

I visited BWW on 1.26.2025 while there I used the restroom, came out of the stall and there was a male employee cleaning the bathroom. Never knocked never asked if anyone was in there just walked in and started cleaning. I was very startled coming out as a woman alone in a restroom with a male employee is very unsettling. I addressed this with and employee and they said oh it is fine he was just cleaning. I am sorry but this is not acceptable at all. read more

A lot of menu items are hit or miss. Ordered garlic Parm and Nashville hot chicken sauced wings. For some reason the garlic Parm ones were crispy and and the Nashville hot were not. Not really happy with the ranch, tastes like it's store bought not fresh. It's a unique idea, but they seem to have succumbed to the corporate cutting corners that most franchises do. read more

Got seated at 12:10. It is now 1:40pm and our food has not arrived. They keep saying 10 more minutes. Will not be back.

we went for the first time yesterday and i would say it was okay, not exactly the same food i was expecting, i ordered what i usually always order and here at oxford wasn't spectacular, which is a shame because this is my local bww anyways when we went the place was about a quarter full so our waitress didn't feel too rushed, she was nice and make sure we were well taken care of no issues there the food was okay, not bad but not grand just okay, less then what i was expecting from bww i would most likely come and give this restaurant a second try in the future also the tvs on literally every square inch of the building is a nice touch especially if there's an active game or event you'd like to be watching read more

This is the worst place that I have ever been with rude server and unprofessional . They served terrible food and really bad.

I give up on this restaurant. We went when it first opened and my husband was brought some seasoning in a sauce cup to throw on his wings. I. Could have cooked at home. This time we waited a minute to be seated and the staff was at the kitchen entrance just staring at us, it was two hours before closing time. The hostess tried to seat us at a table as she brushes food off of it into the floor. However she couldn't do the same for the ketchup smeared in the center! My husband asked for a booth. No lie she said I don't think we have one clean. I said well then it's like this table here! The food was subpar, someone just threw some cold fries on the plate with my burger. Maybe there was a handful there but cold nonetheless. My husband wedges were the star of the meal. So we're just done. We'll go back to struts where you get good food and excellent service. read more

In a city that doesn't have much going for it as it is, this restaurant was the only hope and yet still they dropped the ball. This buffalo wild wings is a product of lazy cooking and bad practice. I ordered boneless wings with a side of fries And I knew when they came out only two minutes later that it couldn't be fresh. And wouldn't you know it, I was right. The meat was over cooked and you can tell it had been sitting for quite a while as it wasn't very hot and they drowned it in the sauce. Fries came out cold. I can tell that they must've cooked a whole batch of chicken and fries instead of cooking to order. Pure laziness. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come here the service is horrible. Tonight we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. During our 40 minutes waiting we noticed 14 empty tables and people that were at their tables when we arrived still had not received their food when we decided to leave. New. Clean. Plenty of TVs. Service was good. I ordered traditional wings and fries. The wings and fries had been sitting for a while. Both cold. Came here for the first time the first day college football started. It was busy but there were several open tables and we got there well after the dinner rush.
