I only gave one star because there was no option for 0. In the last 2 months I have ordered the same pizza twice. My wife is not a veggie fan so pepperoni and beef on the whole thing and half with all veggies expect black olives. It's a shame when you literally can not follow simple instructions. And then when you call it goes straight to voice mail and says the caller has a voice mail that has not been set up. Very professional. read more

Please help my pay hasn't even came through at all I worked there for three weeks had to record all my times and hours because they were to lazy to put me in the system they finally put me n but never paid me for the time I worked. And I can't get ahold of nobody to help me get my money owed the district Mgr Donovan said I'd get paid on Monday for the last three weeks and said he put in my hours but on my get my paystub app it shows no hours worked and been paid shows as never I need to get ahold of somebody over the District Mgr anyone got any info U can use! read more

I placed my order by phone and was told it would be 15 to 20 min. I arrived to Little Caesars and there was a line, so I opted to go inside. I held the door for another customer who was leaving with a couple pizza's, and walked up to the counter. A woman by the name of Kayly F. asked for my name, I gave it to her, and she said, "you will have to get in line at the drive-thru???? Why did she wait on the customer who just left, and not send her through the drive thru. I arrived to the window, and expressed my displeasure, and inconvenience, and ask why the other girl ask for my name only to send me to the drive thru??? The lady at the window, Twykeisha W., apologized, was sympathetic and was very nice and had great cust. svc skills. I decided to call the store when I got home to talk to a manager.....guess what....Kayly F. IS THE MANAGER. I advised her that I was displeased about her lack of cust. svc. skills and ask why she waited on the cust. ahead of me, but wouldn't wait on me, her response, "I didn't wait on her"...YES SHE DID, I saw her as I was walking in!! She hung up on me!!! I am so calling Corporate, and will take my business elsewhere!!! What is wrong with her??? I love Little Caesars Pizza but I will not go back~ If I could give zero stars, I would. There is absolutely no reason to be treated with such disrespect. read more

I'm a farmer worker at this establishment, and when I tell you to not even waste your time to even be there, the reason they don't have anything hot and ready because they don't pay attention to what they have hot and ready. Nobody washes their hands. No one wears gloves in the station that you are supposed to. The only station we are supposed to have gloves on is where we take pizzas out the oven nobody does that. There's workers that are not fully there and what I mean by that is substance abuse and drugs. It's all there. And whenever the higher-ups get there, they put on their best Ponzi scheme and as soon as they leave back to the same ways that they were running things. They their hats. They do everything by the books when the people who can actually fire them even though they probably won't are there no one ever cleans at most the floors will get mopped once a week if that and they don't even clean the mop bucket so it's just the same dirty water they reuse the trays for crazy bread and don't wash them the sauce machine that they use is absolutely disgusting. It's never cleaned. No one cleans inside the heaters at most they will sweep. So I highly do not suggest this establishment due to the fact that it's not clean there's no effort within the employees and God forbid. If you say they messed up on something they're gonna flip it around on you. read more

Ordered at 8:00pm, no hot and ready pizzas..... this is not the first time. Ordered through the drive thru, I was waiting for my total to pay, the guy says "can I help you?" I said " I'm just waiting on my total to pay." He wore sunglasses inside, most of the staff were wearing pajamas.... Wow, just wow ...... can you say poor management!! Slow, unorganized, no one cares how long you wait! Twice in last month this has happened! I sat at window 2.5 minutes before anyone took my order. Sorriest staff. Why do I even have to select a ? Called in our order an hour in advance and waited 45 min to an hour for 2 large pizzas. Repeatedly asked when my pizzas would be ready and never received an answer. The lady in the back shouted "I can't find the supreme!" Lazy girls working not even lifting a finger. No compassion for us waiting or care for customer service. Others had been waiting over an hour for theirs! Did not respond when we asked and ignored us. We demanded a refund. This restaurant has the WORST SERVICE and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE initiative of any restaurant I've ever visited in the 21 years that our family has lived in North Carolina. Whoever owns this franchise...you had better take note and beware...the inane, incompetent, ignorant, rude, and downright stupid staff that you have working here in the evenings is going to ruin your business. People in this area are not going to tolerate the asininity and stupidity that is routinely displayed by your evening "staff." What are you thinking??? Last night at about 7 P.M. was the 3rd time since August that we ordered online...and paid for online...then we we pull up to the drive-thru window, we wait behind someone who places an order at the drive-thru window and then shuts his or her car off and reclines in their car seat while his or her order is prepared and cooked. Each time, we have had to back out of the drive-thru and go inside to retrieve our order...which by then is sitting on a counter and getting cold. Last night when we backed out of the drive-thru and went inside to retrieve our order I told the woman at the counter that we had been waiting...for the 3rd time...behind a guy who had just placed his order at the drive-thru and was waiting...with his lights and engine turned off...while his order was prepared and cooked. So, once again, we backed out of the drive-thru and went inside the store...which was completely empty. I alerted the "lady" at the counter that we had ordered and paid for our order online, and had been waiting at the drive-thru pick-up window behind a car whose driver had just ordered and then turned his car off and reclined in his driver's seat while his order was being prepared and cooked. This "lady" replied to me in a loud almost yelling voice...and I'll quote her reply as best as I can... "YOU DON'T GOTS ANYMORE RIGHTS DEN HE GOTS. IT BE A ORDERING WINDOW, NOT JUS A PICK-UP WINDOW. IF HE DONE ORDERED, DEN YOU GOTS TO WAIT UNTIL WE COOKS HIS ORDER." This is an example of the ignorant type of employees and the piss-poor customer service that is going to end up putting this store out of business. read more

The wait was a bit long but the food was good. The employee morale seems vary low. Having worked food service my self this is not surprising really. The employees were all quite young and without proper guidance and fair pay it cant be fixed. I hope someone that can help sees this review. read more
