It took 15 minutes to get our party of 9 waters and a beer. When my mom ordered a beer it took 25 minutes to get her beer. We placed our order and it took 57 minutes for the first item to make it to the table. What came first was the kids pizza and fries which the fries came frozen and not even cooked. The pizza the kids said was disgusting and all 3 refused to eat it. They took a bite and spit it out. Then about 10 minutes later we got our wings and sandwiches. We ordered steak tacos and they gave us chicken. We ordered a chicken tender sandwich no ranch and it was drowning in ranch. We ordered a pork sandwich and the pork was cold and nasty. Ordered a burger and tasted like the grill hasn't been cleaned in months , the burger gave my brother a severe stomach ache. He said it was worse then a Wendy's burger. When we told the server she apologized and said they have a new chef she doesn't know what's going on. She asked if want it remade and we said no. It took an hour and everything was wrong. We shared 17 wings amongst 9 people two being pregnant that are due within 6 weeks. It was the worse experience. The server didn't charge me for the food made wrong or the pizza but made us pay for everything else even though it wasn't eaten. We had the bill split in two. One for my family and one for my brother. Then when I asked why the bill was higher then expected she said theirs an automatic gratuity added and she can't do anything about it because we are a large party. So she got an automatic 20% tip and didnt inform me without asking. Working in restaurant industries in my early days I was taught it's the law to notify the table. When we left I asked my brother why he paid $10 in cash and not all on card. He said he gave that as a tip. I said on top of the gratuity. He said he didn't know their was one. He went back in and said I tipped you on a gratuity why didn't you tell me. She said I told the other guy didn't you hear. He said I paid first how would have I heard when you were across the table. She gave him his cash back. By far the worse experience I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Let alone its average meal was $18 dollars.

I guess I accidentally clicked normal instead of bogo so I got 10 wings instead of 10 for 10 for the exact same price as if I got 10 more. I kindly asked after only getting ten if they could make the other 10 since it's bogo Thursday. The guy gave me grief and said they would be out of money and his boss would get him in trouble. I tip them every time and they usually get my order wrong anyway. If they really cared about their customers they would have given me the other 10, they also gave me the wrong flavor for the 10 bogo once they finally agreed to give merge other 1and you could tell they were not happy. The app should have just automatically applied the bogo anyway. I won't be going there again after so many problems today and in the past. There is a good reason there is only a two star review of over 200 reviews. Don't get me started on the charge for dipping sauces that they now took off but raised their overall prices for bogo Thursday after.
