That's later for dinner. However, this place could stand get a deep, deep, deep cleaning with a fresh coat of paint. While it's spacious, it lacks cleanliness on the floor, walls and windows. I wouldn't ordinarily eat at places this filthy but I sat in my car and saw a lot of people going in so I guess it was safe. The portions are huge but the proportion of meat in the entree (i.e., rice) was minuscule, except for the cheesesteaks. I would only come back for the cheesesteaks, the other dishes were just meh. I'm being extra generous with 4 stars, perhaps it's because I'm visiting for the holidays.

Half and half was amazing and wasn't too sweet, we finished it quickly lol. The cornbread was good but a little dry on the sides. Overall, everything was worth it! Everything else was not bad, not good but decent if you choose not to cook for a day. Service as described in previous is GREAT! And it is more of a to-go place but inviting. I've been wanting to try...we have! The catfish I would go back for. It was not overly breaded nor overly seasoned. And the grill still has a good crunch to it. I was first introduced to this franchise a few months ago when someone purchased it for a party I attended and I was pretty impressed. Well, fast forward to recent days and we decided to get some for an impromptu dinner and it was delish! We threw in some fries and hush puppies and whew, we were too through! Whatever magic dust seasoning they use is very tasty! I like the fact that you can purchase a meal for one, or have a catered meal for 60 at the drop of a dime. No calling the order in a week in advance. Whether it's a meal for one or a larger order it's the same great quality and at a reasonable price. They carry chicken tenders, dark meat, white meat, different varieties of fish, various sides and plenty of other offerings. The restaurant itself is basically a carry out, including menus all over the walls and thick bullet proof glass protecting the staff from the customers, so it's not a place to go and hang around and eat, because it's no seats or tables inside. I would advise that you call in your order and it will be ready when you arrive. Giving some other chicken spots a run for their money! Plus, it's a great option and a nice change of pace if you want something fried!
