Ordered and drove to store JUST for pineapple promotion. Get thrre, get my pizzas and ask where is the Pineapple Pepsi I paid for. I ask for money back for the Pepsi since they didn't have. If I could give this place "0" Stars I would when I picked up my pizza and crazy bread and took it home my crazy bread was burnt and dry and looks like it's been sitting and my pizza was also dry and looks like it's been sitting and when I called the store back the lady proceeds to say that they were both made fresh when they clearly wasn't. Like the pizza here, was a bit on the oily side but still good. And their chicken wings are so tiny, I never seen wings that small! Despite, they were good too. I did a pick up order and it was really neat how they had this electronic warmer near the counter where they placed your pizza in and you had to enter a code to get it to open. I would give them less than 0 Stars if I could, someone hacked my online account last night and ordered 80 dollars of pizza from this little Caesar's (I live 4 states away) as soon as I got a notification it was ordered I called them right away (not even 5 minutes after order was placed) and they wouldn't cancel the order and they told me to call their customer service and gave me the wrong number. On top of that they would not let me speak to a manager after I asked several times...now the hassle I have to go through to get my money back when they simply could've canceled the order read more

Hot and Ready pizza yay I am fan. I love the quick service concept- sometimes you just want your food and go. The staff is very upbeat and high spirited. There is a lot of team work and their projected morale is on point. The options are not plentiful and the pizza is not half bad especially when you just want some pizza. The price is great and very affordable, especially if you are just in the mood for pizza or have a large hungry group to feed on the go. I am happy that the Little Caesars chain is reviving its company and there are a lot of new franchises popping up in the DC metro area. The Beloved "Pizza Pizza" is making a come back. read more

I will never come here again. Called in today to make an order and the guy on the phone rushed me through my order, and seemed to have an attitude when was advising him he was getting my order incorrect. Ten mins later I am here and guess what? My order was incorrect and I have to wait another 5 mins for them to make my order correctly. When I walked in a woman off the street came in regular clothes, walked to the back where they make the food and is hanging out with the rude guy on the phone. They must be friends because they are not speaking English. She has not washed her hands and I don't think she works here... And is back here with the food. Stay away from the Lanham location in Enterprise. 1st of all there is NEVER a manager on duty--so tell me who is supervising all those teenagers as they work. I called to day to ask for a manager, and "Ronetta" answered and explained she was the manager. She is rude. No let me reiterate--she is beyond rude and her attitude is appalling. Why do these establishments keep hiring these stank little girls with no concept of customer service?? Oh yeah it must be because of the low wages. Well stop being so cheap Little Caesars and pay a bit more for more polite and experienced personnel. I will never be back and will be both calling and emailing corporate to request that Ronetta be fired. (I also still want to know if its legal to have all these underage (minors) working unattended without anyone in charge.)I was inquiring to see if they were hiring for my teenage son, but if this is how management (or no management) treats people over the phone, they can have their cardboard pizza. Last Saturday was CROWDED, but I was treated super kindly; I almost felt like royalty. It was a nice experience because I've never been there before. The young lady at the counter was really nice, and kept commenting on my bracelet (for sale on my site), so I gave it to her. You definitley get what you pay for. I was not expecting anything spectacular for $5 but it was nice that we got a fresh sausage pizza right out of the oven. The pizza reminded me of a very poor school pizza. I would much rather pay a couple of bucks more and go to Ledo's or Italian Inn as close Italian restaurant alternatives but I guess Lil Caesar would do for a party of a group of hungry teenagers..Otherwise...naw...I'll pass...even at only $5. read more

Wow. I am so glad Little Caesars is open again in Lanham. The $5 Pepperoni can't be beat.
