It's so irritating that they let people order at the drive thru. It should be only for picking up pizza or buying hot and ready. Not for placing orders and waiting! I got sandwiched in between 2 cars so I couldn't have left to go inside and pick up my order anyway. I ended up waiting in the drive-through for 24 minutes after my pizza was ready. It's insane that they let this happen. People that are ordering food should have to go inside to order the food or call ahead to be able to pick it up in the drive-through or get hot and ready and that should be the only options. very frustrating and I'm not sure that I'll be going back again anytime soon read more

Oh my...It seems unfair to call what I purchased a "pizza." I expected a thin crust, but the crust was the thickest part of this cracker. If there was cheese on it, I sure couldn't find it, and the toppings were mighty scarce. Never again! read more

They have recently started using Door Dash for "Free" delivery. The Door Dash guy left the incorrect order. The restaurant insisted that I contact Door Dash to resolve the error. Door Dash agent's mailbox was full. The restaurant said I would get my correct order after the wrong one was returned. Never again Very upsetting experience. Clearly the wrong order number. This place doesn't adhere to their published hours and the kids working close whenever they feel like it. On the rare occasion you catch them open, there is a long wait and you will experience terrible customer service. I'm shocked they remain open at all. Hot and Ready is more like Cold and Waiting. 8:30 on a Saturday night and yet again this store is drive thru only, the only thing avail to order is pepperoni pizza. There are 4 cars now waiting in front of the store for their food that they had to order at the window at 8:46. When I pulled in around 7 pm on Saturday night it was packed in the drive through, which is not their fault so I opted to go inside. Once inside I ordered two deep dish pizzas and the woman who greeted me was not nice at all. I am also in customer service and ALWAYS show the costumer a smile and a nice greeting no matter how I'm feeling! The girl was short and had glasses and has black hair with blonde ombré at the bottom and the most blamed facial expression! When I was swiping my card she pulled out her drink and started drinking it in front of me!!!! just super rude and not clean! So I'm waiting for my pizza and I see two people walk in and get there pizza, no waiting, she just pulled it out. I'm understanding and I'm like okay they gotta cook mine, well then I notice this guy waiting too. I can finally see him getting mad cuz he was here when I walked in and he asked where his pizza was and the girl says while looking down, "there cooking". Finally he asked for a manager and the manager was NOT accommodating and he said he had seen atleast 12 pizzas go out since she was sitting down. Just really unbelievable! I recently went here, and found the nicest young lady to help me. She was so patient and helped me pick out what to order. "Kaitlyn " made sure everything was right. I have been to this location four times since moving to Cottonwood. I refuse to patronize them any longer. I don't understand how they can mess up Crazy Bread, I am completely baffled. It comes overcooked with barely any butter or Parmesan cheese, brown, hard, and hollow. It tastes like eating the crust of a tasteless pizza. Cardboard might in fact taste better. I had to have them remake my order of Crazy Bread four times with my last and final order before it was edible. Just like every other restaurant in Cottonwood, they have no competition so they continue to provide sub par service and food and get away with it because no matter what people will return. read more

I ordered a pizza online. Just one pizza. It said online it was estimated to be ready in 15-20 minutes. Reasonable, right? So about 25 minutes later I pulled in to pick up my order. They hadn't even started making it yet. They told me to pull around and wait. It would be ready in "10 minutes". This was super disappointing. She said they were really busy but I saw most of the staff through the drive-thru window meandering around and chit chatting. I also saw just one other person waiting for a pizza in the lobby. The woman was friendly but offered zero apologies and they took no responsibility. I also ordered a diet pepsi. When they brought my order... she said they had diet Pepsi, but it was warm. "Would I like that or something else that is cold instead?" How difficult is it to stock the 20 oz drink cooler during their MANY moments of downtime? How difficult is it to receive and prepare online orders on time? You simply pull out that dough, put toppings on it, and pop it in the oven. Somehow that took 35 minutes. The cherry on top of my fun experience at Cottonwood Little Caesars was that my pizza was undercooked...the dough and crust were soft and soggy. The vibe I get here is that people are simply there killing time until they get off of work. I generally go back and forth on having an absolutely horrible opinion and a moderately, "That wasn't as bad as usual." experience. I've worked for LC so I know exactly what the procedures and quality are supposed to be. And every experience in Cottonwood has, at most, a 3 star experience at best. The worst part is will never change. The General Manager lives with the Area manager, so the disappointed and jilted voices will never be heard by anyone that could improve the quality and customer service. It would be worth it to drive all the way to Camp Verde, if it wasn't owned by the same person. read more

We never even ordered from this location. We drove up to the drive thru behind 4 other cars. As the first car finally left after we waited 5 minutes we noticed a red haired employee walk around the counter to hug and kiss her boyfriend, then checked him out at the registered as two other people were standing in line behind him she walked back around and went outside with her boyfriend, leaving her co workers and customers. We decided not to take our business here and left. Very bad impression.
