I went to the Little Caesars on Saturday evening, January 29, 2022 and if I could give my experience a 0 I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot and ready pepperoni and an order of crazy bread. The guy who took my order (his name is Irris) took my card, charged it, gave me the receipt, then said it would be a few minutes. Okay that's fine. Well I saw other people come in and out of the store and get their hot and ready pizzas and Irris basically ignored me, never came back to the window, or anything. I sat there for almost 15 minutes and then decided to go inside since nobody was coming back to the window.
I went in and asked Irris what was taking so long. He had the worst attitude I have ever seen. He looked at me and "Well it takes a while to fix an order." And I said "It shouldn't take 15 minutes for a large pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread with sauce. If it did why didn't you mention that to me in the drive thru?" He said "It takes a while to make the Italian bread." And I said "I never said anything about Italian bread. I said I wanted a pepperoni pizza with a crazy bread and sauce." He then gave me an attitude and said "No you ordered the Italian bread". I said "No you're mistaken, I did not." He then said "You need to learn how to better order" and I said "You need to learn how to have a better attitude and not be rude." I then said I wanted my money back and I would like to know where I can complain. He then said "Go ahead and complain, see if I care! This is my manager right here." The manager (his name skips me) just stood there the whole time and didn't say anything. I told Irris I definitely won't be coming back and he said "Good! We don't want you back!" The manager finally told Irris to go to the back and I thought he would at least say he was sorry or something but he didn't. He just asked for my receipt then credited the money back to my debit card. I said to him "You really should talk to your employee. That kind of attitude and the way he talks to customers just makes your whole business look bad." The manager didn't say anything except have a good night.
At the point I left and went to the Little Caesar's on Creighton. A lot better experience over there. I spoke to the manager there about my experience on Highway 29 and she was very nice, polite, and said that's not how managers and employees should act. So I don't recommend the Highway 29 store but definitely highly recommend the Creighton Road store. The folks on Creighton Road are polite, very professional, and I will visit them again.
I sure hope the owner talks to his employees and management at the Highway 29 location. Sounds like they need some training in better customer service (if not a complete change in management. ) read more
