We ended up with a lot of side profiles because she was covering her face with either hands or feet. We did the 4D ultrasound at 33 week, although it worked well for our son, I think our daughter was a bit too cramped to really show her face. Overall I give 5 stars since everyone was nice. If they don't get a good view, I know their website states they will offer you to come back. We didn't ask, since it wasn't offered to us, maybe due to her age? Not too sure what the guidelines are.

The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. After several frustrating phone calls and a bit of a wait, we were able to get what was needed and my mom had her procedure. While I know this wasn't the fault of the front desk staff, it was still a bit of a frustrating experience. That being said, we're happy that we were able to get it done. The facility itself was large and spacious, had plenty of parking and appeared clean - at least in the waiting room. As with any medical procedure, it's not a fun business to visit, so we're really hoping that her results are shared soon and that we will not have to return!

I was then given attitude and was told to go and wait in the waiting room AGAIN in my boxers and gown. 20 minutes later I get called for my X-ray. Get the x-ray then go back to the shared waiting room A THIRD time for another 15 minutes! Then they called me for my MRI and this actually went smooth I was in shock. I got home and checked my bill and realized that I was charged $40 for the X-Ray that was supposed to be "free" and they were going to skip and ignore it! If I had metal in my eyes and they ignored it I would have been blind for the rest of my life! My woman contacted a rep of theirs and they made excuses for what had happened rather than try to help! Go somewhere else! This place is a massive Joke!!!

Every time I call, it's the same story--records are missing, lost, or incorrect. I am repeatedly asked to resubmit information I've already provided. There is no ownership, no follow-through, and no accountability. Each call feels like starting over from scratch. The level of incompetence is staggering, especially for a healthcare provider handling sensitive medical records and billing. This situation has been emotionally exhausting and completely avoidable with basic accuracy and care. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value accurate medical records, proper billing, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Solis Mammography.
