Since this was new to me, I wanted to play it safe with pistachio. Pista Falooda: A creamy, layered Indian dessert drink featuring rich pistachio flavor. A chilled and refreshing beverage, it combines falooda sev (vermicelli noodles), sweet basil seeds, and flavored milk, typically topped with a scoop of pistachio ice cream or kulfi and garnished with nuts. I will say, the vermicelli noodles took me for a loop. Even with the drink being delicious, drinking while taking in "noodles" ruined my desire to finish the shake. I will definitely visit again, but I will be more inclined to get a milkshake vs. a falooda. What a great shop to have in the area, I'm happy they decided to make a home in Euless. I'm not going to be anal and nit-pick, but the decor needs some work. The letters on the wall, above the menu, are off-center, and you can see where the errors were made; maybe the budget was an issue. Apple Walnut Raisin: I did not like this, there was something that just didn't work. The taste was okay, but the crust was a bit undercooked and it ruined the overall taste for me. Ice cream: This did not help at all. I don't know what type of ice cream that was, but it was horrible. They need to set up a deal with Blue Bell and use its Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. It was so bad. It wasn't soft and creamy, something you'd expect with your cobbler. Overall, because they offer multiple flavors of cobbler, I may be open to visiting again, but I will not be adding their ice cream. I'll make a stop by the store and get a pint of Blue Bell. Recommendation: Offer samples for some of your top cobblers. If I were able to sample what I purchased, I would have gone with something else. The young lady who assisted me was sweet and kind; she did a wonderful job during my visit.
