It's absolutely delicious. There are times it can be bit salty but adding little hot water will solve this issue with no problem. I am not so sure about crayfish from here as my crayfish on rice bowl was made with rubbery frozen crayfish. It was not bad but very tough and lack of flavor due to freezing process. The remains of the duck were used for make a duck fried rice and duck soup, again both were amazing. It takes a certain skill to make fried rice cleanly without an excessive oily coating on each grain of rice. This was one of the best fried rices I've ever had!
