Two or more toppings Craft Your Own Pizza

long review so tldr: very good price & value, never disappoints, customizable, inexpensive, usually good service i'm telling you, this is one of my favorite places of all time, and arguably one of the best pizza places in baton rouge (and gonzales). I'm not the biggest fan of thin crust pizza until I come here. I don't care much for personal pizzas until I come here. trust me when I say this is much better than getting a big hit-or-miss pizza and spending much more than you need to! in my opinion, it's fairly priced for the amount that you get. their cookies are AMAZING too!! i mean, the craft your own is literally 8-10. no extra for toppings unless you're getting something like birria. i almost wish i could gatekeep, but they're too good. my go-to order is: - craft your own two or more toppings: regular crust (thick tastes wonderful with this too though for a $2? upcharge), lit sauce, mozzarella, chicken, tomatoes, peppers, spinach, habanero honey (trust me), parmasean, red pepper flakes. Perfection. have to fight to not finish the whole thing. ONLY complaint is I dislike the cauliflower crust, it's pretty salty from what I remember !

This is the "Veggie" from their menu with added artichokes. Very tasty!

Lit Pizza is a new concept in fast and easy food that is nonetheless fresh and tasty. The idea here is the personal pizza, made to order, then blast cooked to perfection. One walks in, then goes through the line cafeteria-style to make your pizza. To start with, you get a nice crust. I like thin crust pizza, so original is fine by me. There is also a gluten-free and house-made cauliflower crust one can select. Next we have toppings, there is a set menu of specialty pizzas one can select from, or you can build your own from the many ingredients presented. In addition to the house specialty pizza lists, there is always an different pizza of the month that one can try. This keeps it interesting if you are a frequent visitor. Once your pizza is built, you grab a drink and wait a very short time while they blast fire your pizza to a golden brown melt, and you are ready to enjoy! There are also a variety of salads to enjoy if you are so inclined. These include some grab-n-go selections, in case one is in a hurry. Lit is certainly a place you should check out for fresh hot pizza made to your specific tastes while you wait.

Lit Pizza is Lit!!!!!!! For real! Lit pizza is like Subway but for pizza. So when you walk in there is a menu on the board with options or you can build your own I opted to build my own. I had white crust, marinara sauce (I asked for extra sauce) mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon. I had a cookie too and a pomegranate lemonade. Everything I had was Lit! The service is quick! The ingredients look fresh and it's delicious! I literally may go back tomorrow because it's just that good!!!!! I don't see how there is anyway you can be disappointed! Hope to see you there

Made my own. Amazing *chef kiss*

Another great lunch spot. The employees are super nice and efficient. There's never a long wait to get a freshly made pizza. Every time I come, I make my own. It always turns out super great. Also you can get ur pizza cut in 8 pieces which is easier to count calories in my opinion. It's always super clean too!

Had to try the chicken tika marsala pizza of the month. So good. Also ordered the jalapeno and bacon cheese sticks and now I feel like a stuffed turkey and need a nap.

There's absolutely nothing to be disappointed about the dining experience at LIT Pizza - it's first class all the way! LIT has got the quick blast pizza baking style down to a science; their pies are totally wonderful, and you'll find yourself singing their praises once you've given them a try :-) Whether you choose one of their signature pies, or opt for "build your own" and invent a combination of toppings to suit either your imagination or your taste-of-the-moment, I predict that you'll be a totally happy camper! The available toppings include fruits, veggies, meats, cheeses, sauces and multiple spices - all are top quality and completely fresh! You can also choose from a selection of grated dry cheeses, fresh herbal toppings, or delicious drizzles :-) As if their pies weren't enough, the selection of cold drinks and craft beers here is virtually guaranteed to quench your thirst and bring a smile to your face. You simply can't go wrong here, whether you decide to eat in or do take out.

Their pizza tastes pretty good and doesn't take long to get it as its blast cooked.. the taste is pretty good and choice of toppings from the line or the drizzle toppings at the end makes it much more interesting

I'm…read moreoriginally from Chicago and she's originally from New York so we have the Pizza debate all the time. She has friends who eat there a lot and keep saying how amazing it is. First Impressions: This place is NICE. When I got the chance to look around it is the perfect first date spot for *anybody*. The menu is diverse for a Pizzeria. They even have a chef selected Salumi Board. In the end we split a Sensation salad(which is the best I've had), Calamari Fritti, Carnosa and Mushroom Medley. The Good: Our server was Andrea. She was outstanding. She did her best to take care of us and in the end she went above and beyond with her service. The Calamari was ok but seemed to be more breaded than actual Protein. The first thing that came to mind when I tried the Marinara was "Fresh". It tasted like it was obviously done that morning. The Not So Good: When Andrea took our order she made it a point to tell us that she would space out our order. That didn't happen. And she told us the kitchen didn't follow her orders. Everything came seconds from each other. I understand a sense of urgency because the parking lot is always full and they want to push the crowds in a way where the next wave can have a place to park...But the restaurant wasn't even full. The Parking lot was but there were plenty of tables available. In the end we felt Serve and Burned. The Pizza: The char on the doh was great. I love a good fired oven pizza. But the pizza itself didn't seem like it was cooked all the way through. When I picked up a slice it just flopped down. My wife's pizza was dry. She ended up asking if they had any kind of garlic butter. And Andrea understood the assignment. She came back with the Shrimp Scampi sauce it ended up making it seem to be the one thing the Mushroom Medley needed all along. (I 100% Recommend it.) My pizza was ok, but only when the 3 slices I took a bite of had all of the toppings on them. Less than half of the pizza had Pepperoni on it. I did not get the impression that this was something that happens all the time so we will be back. I would still recommend this place to everybody.
