I ordered the plot twist with almond milk and Matcha instead of espresso. I asked the barista about the brand of the matcha they use and she replied "Dona." LOL. Super nonchalant. I also ordered an everything croissant. While I was waiting for my drink, I looked up the Dona Matcha and found some helpful info about it. It didn't seem to be that green tea powder stuff, so I was intrigued. This interaction almost ruined my experience, but after a sip of my drink and finishing that everything croissant with scallion cream cheese, I felt better! The plot twist Matcha had white chocolate syrup, some lavender, stawberry, and topped with fruity pebbles. It was sweet, creamy, and complimented the Matcha really well. The croissant was savory, soft, and flaky, and the scallion cream cheese went well with it. There were outlets under each of the tables and along the counter, which is really nice if you're planning on getting work done, which is what I did. It was really cold inside, so bring a sweater!
