Then ended up not being about to do it, messed up my nails even more smearing the paint and left green all over my nails. I went with my friend and she wanted her nails all white with a four leaf clover on the ring finger as well. The four leaf clovers looked like scribbles and she asked to have them filled in and she did not listen to her. At this point we were fed up and just trying to leave. We then finally got done and they charged us 37 dollars for mine and 30 for hers. When we called on the phone we asked her how much it would be and she said 35 for me and 17 dollars for my friend. Worst place to go. A week later from going to the nail place my nail is peeling and breaking.

She then said she could only do one of us for the spa treatment. We also wanted to be done at the same time, which is why we made the appointment, but they only had two ladies working so it took a very long time and we were all done at different times. A very disappointing experience. Will not be returning and I'll be telling my friends to stay away from here. There were also nail clippings all over the floor and could've used some tidying up.

It was right before closing and they took me very quickly. My nail technician was kind and professional, and didn't rush me. He took his time and soaked my nails, and allowed me to take my time choosing the right nail color (I can be very indecisive). The salon also seemed very clean and the other staff were friendly. I'd definitely hit up again if I'm in the area.

As a new client, I arrived a few minutes early for my 12:45 PM gel manicure appointment. Upon…read morearrival, I was asked to select a polish color and then take a seat. Shortly after, the manicurist with whom I had booked my appointment briefly acknowledged me, saying she would be with me soon. Around 1:10 PM--over 20 minutes past my scheduled time--I was finally escorted to her station. At that point, I mentioned that I had a combination of gel and dip powder on my nails and asked whether that would be an issue. In hindsight, I recognize this is something I should have clarified before booking, and I'll be more mindful of that going forward (not at this salon). The manicurist told me she hadn't brought the tools required to remove dip powder and began discussing the situation with the technician beside her. One of the first things her colleague asked was, "What time is your next appointment?" They then reviewed her schedule on her phone and concluded there wasn't enough time to complete my service--despite the fact that the delay was on their end, and we were already well into my appointment slot. Throughout this exchange, they spoke quietly among themselves rather than directly addressing me. Feeling dismissed and frustrated, I got up and went to the front desk to ensure my card on file wouldn't be charged, as the salon requires credit card information when booking. The receptionist, who appeared visibly irritated, reiterated that there wasn't sufficient time for the service. When I pointed out that my appointment had begun over 20 minutes prior, she curtly replied, "Well, that's because that was the club owner." The implication--that the owner's time was more valuable than that of a paying client--was both baffling and disappointing. The lack of professionalism and communication left me with a deeply negative impression. I sincerely hope this feedback encourages more respectful treatment of all clients, regardless of their status.

I've been living in Lancaster PA for a little over two years and have hopped around from one salon to the next, some pricier than others - all highly recommended. This review is way over due, but one I felt the need to share. Google is a great source for many things, one being - reviews. It was the wonderful reviews, that snagged me (like to many other reviewed salons). I was expecting a cut and nothing more - not what I asked for, not for someone to actually listen, not for input/advice, not for friendly banter, just a simple haircut. I actually received a style I've been longing for, recommendations on bang length, curl/wave/body kept and styled, to make me feel beautiful. Came back again (a few months later) for enhanced grey coloring/touch ups. Cassie combined several grey tones and worked her magic. The next day though, is telling of true magic (the washing of my hair). Two nights later, I washed my hair using my fav Lush product, slept on a wet head, awoke to lush, soft curls and a near to perfect shag.
