I don't recall the person who gave me the Drift Away massage but it's an amazing experience - very relaxing and restorative. The only reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it's a bit pricey for just under 50 minutes and though it was recommended to me to book this one, I think a deeper tissue massage would have been better for me. This massage felt great while it lasted but didn't address the knots in my back/shoulders at all, which is what I really needed. They are wonderful there, however, and relaxing in the room beforehand with tea and water was very nice.

Do not go to Luxe Salon. I have never left a review before in my life, but my experience was truly…read moreawful. I get my nails done regularly and have a salon I normally go to, but since I live nearby, I decided to try Luxe Salon and booked a gel builder appointment online. I was really looking forward to it, especially because I'm leaving for vacation this week. When I arrived, the nail tech started filing my nails and asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted a French tip. Her response was, "I don't have time to do that." I was completely caught off guard. I asked why, especially since a French tip would only add a few extra minutes. She told me I hadn't added it when booking. Since it was my first time at the salon, I genuinely didn't realize that was something I needed to select separately. I also don't remember seeing anything that made that clear when I booked. I politely asked if there was a reason she couldn't accommodate it, and she continued to tell me she didn't have time and that I should go somewhere else. Other women who were there getting their nails done even looked confused by the interaction. I ultimately left with half of my nails filed and in tears. When I checked out, I explained what happened to the front desk, and while they apologized, I was told there was nothing they could do. As a professional, I understand that appointments have time constraints and that certain services may need to be booked in advance. But the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Luxe Salon didn't just lose my business--they lost the business of people I would have recommended them to as well. I have genuinely never felt strongly enough about a business to write a negative review before. This experience was that bad. I would not recommend this salon and will never be returning.

They read my detailed text message. When I called back after 5pm. I got the voicemail. The voicemail that states to use the text message and you will get a response. They blocked me, never responded. I was calm, not yelling or anything but still Megan cowardly ignored me. Customers beware!!! This is how they treat GOOD CUSTOMERS! GOOD paying customers. Lashes are EXPENSIVE and I don't DESERVE this treatment. NO ONE DOES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ANYWHERE ELSE! I worked the election last week, 85 hours. I explained that to them and they did this to me. Treated me like literally I was never appreciated, I spent a lot of money. What Megan failed to mention is I would come weekly, more often than most. I am not surprised this reaction is coming from a young woman, immaturity is obviously relevant. I have never had an owner/management never call back or respond . Don't waste your money. And to accuse me of harassing? I have NEVER! I'm better than that. I'm in love with BABE LASH eyelash serum! Works AWESOME! Thanks Kat for introducing me to this... my own lashes are 100% better now. Fired me? Lol I wouldn't go back there if they were the last place on earth. I don't think they understand how businesses operate.
