She came to our house to meet all the babies on 2 separate occasions prior to the actual start of pet sitting. She was dependable, responsible, played with the kitties, we could tell -- when we came back they were so happy and friendly. She is a real animal person, from the minute she was interacting with them, all of her attention was on them! She was also communicative, she would send us a photo of the cats on text, and let us know how they were doing. Such a lovely treat when you're missing your cats!! She also took care of our mail and watered plants, which was a pretty big task since we had several box gardens on our porch! This was very nice to have as well. We've just recently been trying to find a pet sitter in our new city (out of TX state) and I remembered what a nice, calming and comforting thing it was to know Michelle would take good care of our cats while we were gone. Her prices were very reasonable too, and the peace of mind was worth every penny.

We really like them but more importantly, our dogs like them. First of all, I like the fact that dogs are free to roam around the shop while others are getting trimmed. It kinda works like a doggy daycare and helps our dogs get socialized with the other dogs that are getting trimmed on that given day. I have seen my two Shih Tzu dogs get mixed in with other medium and small dogs without problems. One of my dogs is really social but the other one has not been. I can say I have noticed a difference in his social behavior with other dogs since coming here. I will also say that our dogs behavior with the groomer is better here as well. We suspect that one of our dogs may have been mistreated by a different groomer we used to use and his behavior while at the groomer has drastically improved since being brought here. Second, we are pleased with the cuts our dogs have received. Most of the time, we keep their hair pretty short. Florina does a good job of getting knots and matted hair removed but on occasion must cut them a little shorter to get it all out. You can tell that she loves all of her furry customers. Bottom line: They do a good job of grooming our animals and the dogs are not caged. We have been pleased.

We went to visit ailing family members so it wasn't really a fun trip, and with knowing my fur babies were so well taken care of, it was just one less thing to stress about. After talking to her on the phone and then meeting her for the initial consultation, I knew that Gage and Sadie would be in great hands. I filled out the paperwork which was very thorough, which is a good thing. She wants to make sure she knows everything about your animals and how to take care of that...I like that. She came in and we sat down and talked and made sure all questions were asked and answered on both sides; she got a tour of the place and then met the babies. She respected the fact that Gage really just likes to be left alone and that Sadie doesn't mind some petting but isn't really a lovey girl. She also worked with us on the price as all we needed was just the cats fed and watered and checked on and litter boxes cleaned; they are both eight so really don't care about play time, and are pretty anti-social, even for cats. lol The one thing that she does that I love is that she texts after every visit to let you know that all is well (or that one has been naughty *COUGHGAGECOUGH*), and that she has been there; she also sent me a picture one day so I knew my babies were fine. I was so happy knowing my cats were in good hands and that I wouldn't be coming home to overflowing litter boxes and huge messes....Maggie gave me piece of mind about my cats and that is priceless!
