Open 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, and located in a hole in the wall with no sign. Good luck. They are never open. Before work? nope. After work? nope. Tried again recently, not even a sign outside so I always drive past it. Not to mention it's located in the most run down group of warehouses that clear lake has to offer. The place looks so shady...if you can find it... if they are open. Oh and don't bother calling for directions. They don't answer the phone. read more

Hidden gem! I went here to pick up a friend's dog food for her and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the store and owner are. I picked out a few chews for my dogs while I was there and Christine was genuinely concerned with learning about my dogs and picking out the right chew for them. Her store is well kept and surprisingly very relaxing. I was also surprised at the amount of selection she had in the store. It is obvious she takes pride in what she does and truly loves people's animals! I will be a regular customer here for sure! read more

We used Paleo Pet Sitting when we had to go out of town and they are absolutely the best. Our dog, Pixie, loves Christine and we could not have gone on our trip without knowing our Pixie Stix was in good hands. Christine came over twice a day to feed and visit with Pixie. She texted us after each visit to let us know Pixie was okay and she even sent us pictures! The entire experience was seamless, from setting up the appointments to the invoice and payment - it was great being able to manage this part of the service through an app on my phone. Christine and Kelsey are awesome- super knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They care about your let's needs as if it was their own. They will help you find the perfect items for your pet's best health and one that fits your budget!! Even if you don't know where to start, just call or pop in and ask, and they are happy to start you off in the right direction. They have answered a variety of questions for me from bug repellent to ideal water, to toys and treats. I love their healthy variety of foods and treats to choose from. I love the peace of mind knowing that these girls do the research for me and the products they stock are all safe, species appropriate and healthy for my dog. Personally, I give my pup a combo of raw freeze-dried patties and some dry kibble. Christine and Kelsey have helped me come up with the perfect combo for my fur baby's needs, and my wallet's budget! I have also gotten my boyfriend to start giving his pup better food with less fillers, preservatives, and other un-healthy ingredients that grocery store dog food has in it. We had the Paleo Pet Sitting Team look after our two dogs for a couple of days when we were out of town. They were great! They offered a free meet and greet to get to know them before we left where we also gave the team feeding and care instructions. As we were traveling, the team texted pictures of the dogs to us and commentary about how they were doing. My whole family looked forward to the next visit so that we could get more pictures. Christine does a fantastic job of getting healthy and sometimes hard-to-find food and other products for our pets. She is very skilled at finding new things to address those unusual needs that our cats and dogs sometimes come up with. I had to update my review to reflect our incredible experience with Paleo Pet Goods' pet sitting service during Hurricane Harvey. We went out of town the week before the storm hit and were unable to fly home for a week afterward. Not only were we frantic with worry about the horrible storm situation in Houston but also terribly concerned about our three kitties. We needn't have been. Christine and crew continued to care for our babies throughout the storm, gave us regular updates on their well-being as well as updates about our house and neighborhood. It was such piece of mind knowing the kitties were in good hands and being loved and cared for during such a stressful time. Paleo Pet Goods is simply the best! read more

Impressed!!! We just got a puppy and want to make sure she has the best of everything, of course :) We knew we wanted to feed her Acana and when we bought the food online, their website said to check out local pet stores that carry this brand of food. I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first due to the location but you can't judge a book by its cover! The store is beautiful inside and very organized!! Christine spent time getting to know us and asking questions about our puppy's needs. We ended up buying some chewy meat sticks and a raw bone. Very pleased to learn that they have a local delivery so we can still buy her food from a local business but have it delivered to our home. This day and age everyone works strange hours (both of us do, too) so we will definately be using the local delivery option but stopping by the store when we can. Thank you!!! read more

Christine, Robbie, & Haley helped me out with my great dane pup Zeus when I needed a last minute pet sitter last week. They came to my home after work for a meet and greet so I got to know them and their credentials.
