Jeremy is the most combative, disrespectful and arrogant person I have ever come across in a work environment. He treated me and 2 other of my friends poorly. He screamed over the phone and hung up on me. He was short and rude. Belittling and insulting. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. He is most likely mistreating animals, too. Horrible service. Sent my dogs home BLEEDING and blamed it on him being difficult. If you can't cut nails, just refuse the service and tell your client you weren't able to cut the nails instead of injuring our dogs. When I called to ask about it, they kept going in circles and being rude. No apology was ever given either, for hurting my dog. Just told us to dip the paws in flour... Lisa was the one who picked up the call and the groomer for our dogs. This place should be shut down for animal cruelty. read more

I was a long time customer of this salon for my terrier. We always get her shaved in the hot weather and they did a great job up until the last time. They shaved her female area and burned her very bad all over her lower belly and up to her tail area. We didn't go back and complain because she would have denied that she did it. She was burnt by the razor so bad that it is scarred and hair will not grow there now. Shame on them for hurting my dog and for not bringing it to our attention when it was done. No offering to provide medical attention. We had to use medical honey, aloe vera and many other skin healing ointments. My only regret is that I didnt go right away and show them. My dog will never be the same. read more

This is my second time taking my pup to Lisa's Doghouse and I absolutely love the work she does and so does my dog! She is super nice and her place is so clean and spacious for the dogs to run around! We winter in Mesa so need a dog groomer. My wife did a lot of research and we found Lisa's and are very glad we did. We will get Daisy an appointment or two every year we are in the area. They only do a couple of dogs at a time. The dogs are not kenneled, it is clean quiet, and the staff are very nice & friendly. Daisy has very fine hair, which is difficult, but we are extremely pleased with the job. Highly recommend ! read more

We've taken one of our dogs to Lisa's for all of her haircuts. Her name is Curry and she always comes out looking beautiful. Our first dog is terribly afraid of the groomers and has really only gone to Petsmart. I have not taken him to the groomers in a very long time because of how scared he is. I've been learning how to groom, that way we can avoid taking him. However, within the last couple of weeks, his nails are needing some attention now. We're going to take him in as well since they have always done such a beautiful job with Curry. ALSO they don't put dogs in cages, which I think is much better on the dogs. We took our long hair small dog to be groomed today. We showed her a picture so she knew how much to trim our dog. They did any exceptional job! We also like that they don't keep the dogs in cages, they are free to walk around and meet other dogs. They can't get out because there is a gate and customers aren't allowed in the back. Our little dog was not scared to go into the shop and she looked like she was happy when we picked her up. read more
