All the staff are friendly, caring, professional, honest, knowledgable, and patient. When doing their assessment, the doctors explain what they're doing and which part of the body is being affected. Notably, they do not use complex medical terms because they take the time to explain/for you to understand. During the exam, they could tell what symptoms I was experiencing due to the misalignments I had (without me verbally stating them). After correcting my subluxations, my symptoms were relieved. I still have to go in for a weekly adjustment, but I always feel empowered after. I tend to forget that pain relief is a necessity for a good life, not a luxury, and going is always worth it.
