This place is alrighty overall, I guess. Very good whiskey and bourbon selection and reasonable prices. Employees were friendly. My complaint? They're one of the shops that overprices the hard-to-get stuff vs selling it at retail. I know this is common, but it's a huge deterrent to me. Hunting for rare stuff at retail (normal) pricing is part of the fun, and you can still make plenty of money off the standard fare that 95% of people are buying. But instead you price a $30 bourbon at $100 because it's limited. It's not even close to $100 good, fellas, and money today is always worth more than money tomorrow. If you start selling stuff like that at retail, you'll get more business from me. Until then, I'll stick with my bourbon + whiskey mecca and fair pricer, True Spirits. read more

This place is awful employees sitting in the back laughing and playing not helping customers. Then one woman on the left of the checkout counter did not have her mask up. I asked her to pull up her mask to check me out and she refused because she was "drinking her tea". Yea there was a barrier but if there is a state mandate for masks you should be wearing one especially if you're working. If you want to drink your tea without a mask take it to your break room. Beware - this place price gouges. Called if they carried Blanton's Bourbon and the owner said "yes". I asked for a price and he said "I can't tell you that". I asked again if it was around $60 a bottle and he said "yes". I drove over there and sure enough he had some behind the counter and told me the price is $200 !!!! Giving a ZERO review, complete failure. The Indian Owner of the store just asked my husband (who is black) to leave while he was on the phone with me. I was shopping for mini bottles for gifts to give for my birthday party and the owner asked him to leave because he was taking too long. Overpriced and the staff lied about comparison with Total Wines. I recently bought an Amrut Fusion Scotch @ $75 and the staff told me it was cheaper than Total Wines as they get better pricing because they have 21 stores. While the staff was billing, I was checking prices on Total Wines website and it was only $65.49. I asked for a refund or exchange and the cashier acted as if he was calling someone for approval and said his boss was not picking the call and he cannot process a refund or exchange. This place has a great selection and great prices but no customer service. On my multiple times to go in never was I greeted or ask if I could be helped because most of the time the lady and the gentleman were usually on there cell phones. I bought a 1 case of beer and multiple bottles of liquor for Memorial Day. I pushed the basket out the double doors and loaded everything in my car the returned the basket through the double doors back inside the store. The lady behind the register did no help and the gentleman was still on his cell phone. I ask for a moment of their time and told them "this is what sets you apart form Goody Goody's & Spec's as they would have never let me carry this out on my own.
