Carol was a lovely host who made our party feel welcome in her lounge. So much so that we returned the next night with the greater part of our group. We happened to arrive to a very full lounge that had only standing room available. The group was anxious to have a good time and made the best of it, pulling up chairs on the patio outside. Carol was due to full in, ensuring our drinks were full, and that we were taken care of even though we were outside. Please visit this lounge and enjoy yourself.

I bought it on a Thursday and opened on a Sunday. Attempted return and was declined because "I bought it Thursday". It was very easy to see it never worked from the beginning. The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area. I, for one, will not be back and will encourage anyone I know to go elsewhere.
