Not only are the prices very reasonable, but the store is also clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The customer service is always top-notch--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether I'm coming in for my go-to bottles or browsing for something new, the staff always makes the experience pleasant. The employees at this location is what makes this place stand out from other stores. There's always a number of people at the register, therefore there's never a long wait. There's also employees walking the floor on a regular basis and they won't hesitate to come up to you and ask if there is anything that they can assist you with. In all my years in the restaurant business, I have never experienced service handled this poorly. Sadly, I do not recommend this Chili's based on our experience tonight.
