I arrived in 20 minutes and then waited another 15- 20minutes after having to ask twice about it. I watched as other orders were not right and tickets were missing. Finally I was given a box in a bag and I paid without checking first (my mistake). When I got in the car and looked it was a loaded cheeseburger and tater tots. I took it back in and returned it- the lady with shorter hair said "oh I bet that is his order". The lady cooking asked what I ordered and said she did not have a ticket, but could make it in 5 minutes- by that time I was sadly discouraged and told them no thank you. There is obviously a problem with order taking - so I guess I won't go back. Shame because I really enjoy their burgers. They did start saying they had to give me my money back, but I just walked away telling them I would not return

I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake Stak and a side of bacon. They offer the bacon in either "regular" or crispy and I chose the latter and they were thick, crispy, and flavorful. My pancakes were delicious and a generous serving and I wasn't able to finish all three. There is no syrup on the table and you have to request it (a strange arrangement for a place named for pancake "staks"). But they will bring you a small plastic ramekin of syrup if requested. Getting those, however, was a challenge. Our waitress had so many tables we couldn't easily make those requests, get drink refills, etc. So the shorthanded staffing marred the experience.
