Finally I was given a box in a bag and I paid without checking first (my mistake). When I got in the car and looked it was a loaded cheeseburger and tater tots. I took it back in and returned it- the lady with shorter hair said "oh I bet that is his order". The lady cooking asked what I ordered and said she did not have a ticket, but could make it in 5 minutes- by that time I was sadly discouraged and told them no thank you. There is obviously a problem with order taking - so I guess I won't go back. Shame because I really enjoy their burgers. They did start saying they had to give me my money back, but I just walked away telling them I would not return

The naked tenders were barely the size of my thumb, 5 of em and a half full of carrots and celery for $13. Walked out having paid for $30 of sad chicken and a few baby carrots and celery sticks in my stomach and won't be back. Took over an hour for two orders of them.

I wonder if it is because I didn't tip online for food I'm picking up? I actually brought cash in with me to tip, but after waiting 40 minutes inside and finally getting my order ( no utensils).
