All the electrics worked OK in the water was good. There is a beautiful view of the Mississippi and the river was not high so you could walk along the bank and watch the river flow. There's also a lot of grass and open areas where a dog can run. Ours is on a training collar so he could investigate all around and you didn't have to worry about him bothering anybody. There's lots of space available. It's a pretty large park. The people were friendly when we checked in and everything went well. They had one bad review which worried us But for us everything was OK and we would come back again.

Harder for big rigs to get under. Overall ok for a quick overnight stay while traveling.

However, I called "Mr. Bill" with a question and we ended up speaking on the phone for 10 minutes about several things. He was so friendly and personable. I met his wife when she came in to write me a receipt. She was also extremely friendly and we chatted for some time. The most amazing thing is that the lobby is left open and unlocked. It's like a little living room with 2 large w/d for guests and a clean bathroom with a shower. We will definitely be staying there when husband has to work in the Union City area.

The site is nothing special, in between what appears to be a UPS tracking facility and an abandoned construction site. There's no great, all gravel. No activities and no where to hike or swim.
