I'm not sure how other people set up or if it's always set up this way, but the main table was set up inside the largest room with a snack table set up next to it. The cake was set up on a pretty display in the room across from that. The DJ set up in the pavilion outside and we used the area in front of it as the dance floor. There was outside seating that we all took advantage of when it was time to do the first dance and everything else that comes with a wedding. There were waiters available to help serve drinks and clean up afterward. The bride and groom had actually set up a taco stand outside of the other exit so guests could go get tacos whenever they felt like it for the duration of the taco stand. It was a lot of fun and a great use of the limited space, imo. It didn't feel as tight as I was worried it would and everyone had a great time. I would totally love to come back here.

I told him I wanted a vacation in the spring, under $X amount. I suggested a cruise, and he told me he would bring me some options. The next day I was met with a neatly organized spreadsheet that detailed all of my options broken down into every category I could ask for. We slotted our destinations down to size, and within the hour I was handed a finely tuned list of options.
