My review today is not good because the check-out clerk was rude and it's the second time she's been rude to me. She had really short dark brown hair and wears glasses. This would have been around 9:15 or 9:20 when I checked out. My receipt says Tam is the name but I didn't get a look at her name tag. I really don't like giving bad reviews especially when the store always looks clean and I can usually find what I need but I think the rudeness needs to be addressed. Hopefully a supervisor can have a conversation with the worker.

I grew up going to this store,and I even worked in the bakery for a few years. It was always the cleanest,friendliest,and had a great variety. Things that were in my opinion ahead of their time. A natural foods department that was well stocked with vegetarian and vegan food. A great deli and of course bakery. From memory it was a great store. It kept me clothed,fed,and entertained.

Often busy as you'd expect with lines at the registers even at off hours, but self checkout has tons of kiosks and moves along fast. Place low-key has tons of good stuff on clearance every time I visit for some reason. They even have a little alcohol clearance area, never see those around let alone at a Wally World.

12-21-22 Bought 2 bags fresh masa preparada for making tamales, $1.89/lb. Approximately 10…read morepounds, which made 4 dozen tamales. Then family went back for two more bags since we were on a roll. Masa tasted great, tamales a big success due in large part to the Nixtamal Preparada from La Unica.
