I might also add that compared to the others I checked out, he wasn't the least expensive. That said, sometimes you need to make your decisions based on gut instinct. His reviews were stellar, and he runs and operates a small business because he is completely "hands-on" with his customers. I also I felt the need to support his local shop. Well, I'm here to let everyone know that I couldn't have made a better decision. You might be wondering, how bad could the car have been since it was almost new. Well of course it was kept clean, but once he applied his ceramic and paint correction services, the car came out amazing! However, my experience with corporate management has been very disappointing. I had memberships for two vehicles, and over time I discovered multiple double charges on my debit cards. After carefully reviewing my statements, I provided full documentation for both accounts, clearly showing the duplicate charges. Despite this, corporate refused to issue a refund or properly resolve the issue. Because of this, I do not recommend enrolling in their membership program. If you do decide to sign up, I strongly advise that you closely monitor your monthly charges to avoid potential billing issues.

The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them.
