They have pre created milk rolls or you can create your own :) my friend and I did a pre creation. I got the Oreo one and she got the Biscoff. The process is fun to watch them roll it and incorporate all the add-ins! The overall flavor is what you would expect from any same flavored ice cream so you're really paying a little extra for the experience. Placed an order for delivery through the PinkBerry app. I hit place order and got a "payment…read moredeclined" message. Figured I had entered my card wrong. Nope. Immediately got a "payment to PinkBerry approved" message from my banking app. Called the store and the guy working said I would need to just dispute the charge with my bank because their system messed up and they can't do anything about app orders. Spoke to my bank and they showed two charges. One went through and one was declined for being a duplicate charge. Be forewarned that if you order from the app, you might be out money and time.
