The cafe serves real, sit-down-in-a-diner meals, not fast food quality. It has a variety of meals on the menu: sandwiches, full dinners, breakfasts. I had a skillet breakfast the other day and it was delicious. The servers are friendly and attentive. Our sever came back to check on us and see if we needed anything several times. The coffee is hot (REALLY HOT so be careful) and freshly brewed. Lil Lambs Cafe is not near our freeway exits, so travelers will have to look for it (on the northwest corner of Bethany's square), but it would be worth the trouble to search for it, I'd think. So good a salsa, that I make one small suggestion: Instead of those Tostitos round chips being served as the side. Might I suggest something like the Tostitos Cantina style chip.
