One thing to note: is that CS is done by points, meaning larger areas or multiple pass through s of an area will be more. That said, love handles and abdomen are the most common to do. The Groupon will account for 1 point, but the great news is that they will offer Groupon rate pricing for multiple points. Please do you research, even as a fit male my first treatment was 6 points in Bellevue, this second treatment is 4 points (abdomen large, love handle area each side). Service has been very professional and I feel that I am getting a good value. And in my opinion a more accurate representation of the disaster of a business you're considering engaging with. Overall experience was terrible. The consultation in general was simply an excuse to push processed, expensive packaged foods like shakes, bars, etc. instead of teaching clients how to eat real food in a sustainable way. I decided not to move forward with the program after meeting with the Dr. Weeks later I received an invoice that brings me to the disaster of their billing. Their "insurance experts" and front office completely miss the boat on accurately explaining the offices costs. When I walked in the gal attempted to charge me $95 (I later learned this was the full cost if I had no insurance, in hindsight I should have simply paid this). I told her I was quoted $45 by the billing team and wasn't interested in paying $95 for a consultation so if it was that vs. $45 cancel the appointment. She went to the back and came back out and said oh year $45. Ok. Two weeks later, after paying the $45 the day of the appointment, I received a bill for $92.88. Which by the way in hindsight NOT using insurance would have been better for me, wish their "insurance expert" had mentioned that when she ran my insurance and told me the cost for a consultaton would be $45. The billing company (they outsource it) was really nice to work with and apologetic explaining they've had high turn over at the medical office and have been having problems with clients not having expenses properly explained. Apparently I'm not the first to have this or a similar issue. They escalated my call back to Rainier Medical who came back and said the costs are listed on the website and I signed something when I showed up that said I'd pay whatever was billed so it was due. I paid the $92.88 (plus the original $45) and am wiping my hands of the experience but hope by sharing others will know to (a) avoid this place, the services aren't worth it and (b) if you do go don't trust the billing/front desk team to be helpful.

In the beginning, they are very helpful, but it's likely because they are trying to sell you on the idea. Aside from the communication issues, I also am not a fan of having to wait 40 minutes to talk to a doctor for 5 minutes. I've had two appointments where I had to remind the nurses to measure my success, which is something I've paid for. One nurse took a painfully long time to inject one of my shots... uh I'm not a a nervous Nelly, but that's a little scary. I do not like the upselling efforts of the clinic, their items can all be found online for a LOT less. Here's what I do like: When you finally get to the nurses, they were all very pleasant and mostly great to talk to. Aside from the pushy sales, they seem knowledgeable. I have lost weight. I'm down 20+ lbs from the first day of the 1200 calorie diet, 5 weeks ago. When I was newer to the program I had a ton of questions, and the "main nurse" (Not sure, but she's the most visible) was available to take my calls at any time... even on a Sunday. The program helps with your understanding of why you eat, and makes you a pretty darn good cook. At least it did with me, I became VERY creative... and my meals were delicious. I even cooked one for my mother, who likes high fat everything, and she loved it. So, I will be going back later after this round of injections. I am traveling so I will have to wrap up this program, and return at a later date. If I can find a similar program for less, and close by, I'll do it: based on the negative portion of the review. If you are planning on starting with them, my recommendation is go in ready to to squash any upselling, do not base the success of the program on the staff- you are really the key here, and if something makes you uncomfortable- SAY SO... they were very open to any of my hesitations I expressed.
