These are my scars 8 years later. I was so insecure for so long. My scars were so choppy and my excess areola skin was dragged down into the scar as you can see. I can't post my nipple shape because of the censoring but they're ovals lol I had to go through my whole 20s with these scars! Okay I am writing this review to not trash this dr but to simply give my experience and for others to read about as well.. in May I went to get my surgeries done.. I needed a lift/ breast reduction and a bbl.. these were both preformed at the same time.. now having these two things done at the same time is possible but since you need to lay on your stomach for recovery for bbl and on your back for the breast recovery it is best I've learned to do them separately throughout time.. anyway, so before I went in a chose him as my surgeon I did my research and made sure I was going to be working with someone who was board certified and had good reviews.. it was easy because I live close by so it wouldn't be a hassle on myself or anyone taking care of me to get me to and from.. my first impression is that everyone was super friendly and very sweet.. his wife is a doll and I really liked my nurse! Dr. P was also very kind but did always seem to be in a hurry.. but I just thought maybe that's how he is and he's busy.. I made sure to go through the before and after pictures of other people he had done of the procedures I wanted and they all looked great so I felt comfortable with my choice! It was easy to get myself a date for the surgery and I was very excited! I have always struggled with having a large chest and it had created a lot of back and neck issues for me.. I also have always been pretty insecure of my butt because it's a bit boxy and wide and flat.. I just wanted some proportion to my body and to feel more comfortable in clothes.. so the day comes for the surgery and I am ready to go.. no complications or anything to be concerned about.. during my recovery there was no way I was able to lay on my sides due to the pain.. so i was forced to be on my backside and I did my best to not put too much pressure on my butt.. I even bought a bbl mattress where there is a hole in the middle of it for my butt which seemed to help.. he was very good about responding to my calls and text which was great for me because any time I needed to come in or had a question it was very easy to get in contact.. so, with all of that being said here are my problems.. my body did not react well to the dissolvable stitches which caused an insane looking scar across the top of my areola on my left breast.. obviously that is my body just reacting to something but also my nipple is facing downward and almost tucked in the corner of my areola.. second issue is my stomach where the lipo was taken out of was over liposuctioned and created a dent across the middle of my stomach.. third my BBL just looks like a wider bigger version of what I had before also which a large amount of fat missing from the bottom of my right butt cheek.. it just seems as though my surgery was rushed and wasn't given the time it needed to really get things right.. I am just as insecure if not more insecure then I was before my surgery.. I have gone to another surgeon who went over it for me and was very polite and said he also noticed these things and is willing to help me fix it.. it took about 4 hours for both of those big procedures when the new surgeon I went to told me it takes him about 5 hours just to do a BBL! I am frustrated because I spent $17000 on this expecting to come out feeling much more happy then before.. I wasn't expecting perfection but pretty close to it.. and now I will most likely be spending another $17000 if not more to fix it.. I'm pretty sad and have been depressed.. I was just wanted better.. this is my body and it's important to me for it to be taken care of properly when I am entrusting someone with it.. I feel like I just threw a HUGE amount of money down the drain to end up with more issues and a negative emotional impact.. read more

Dr. Potyondy is THE BEST at toxin injections! Very professional and precise. I have had toxin done by maybe 5 other injectors and no one does it better than him! My favorite is Dysport, I get 40 units in my forehead and eye area. Dysport is 100% better than Botox, not only does it work faster but lasts way longer. I recommend everyone to Dr. Potyondy when it comes to injections or plastic surgery for the sole purpose, because I trust him and his opinion! I had my breat augmentation done by Dr. Potyondy 6 years ago. He was absolutely amazing, beside manor was that of which doctors should strive for. My breasts had been flattened by breast feeding my child for 2 years and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I have virtually no scarring (you've gotta look for it). A blind person could have done a better breast procedure. The suturing was zig zagged like he used a dull scapel. My nipple was replaced on top of the skin. The job was rushed and very poor, now I have to wait until my breast heals. I went to another plastic surgeon who looked shocked at the horrible job done and recommended a revision to fix the nipple and straighten the scars. A good plastic surgeon will approach each job with precision like performing a piece of art work. This Surgeon is not an Artist and my breast job was rushed and sloppy. He can hide his lack of skill because of the consent form you sign so let this review be a warning. read more

Dr potyondy and staff are fantastic! It's a real classy, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. They followed up and checked on me during recovery, always there to answer any questions. I had a breast reduction and removed my 10 year old deflated saline implants, and added smaller lifetime gel breast implants. He used my breast fat, to add in cheeks (which pulled skin on face tighter), fat to my disappearing lips to look normal again. Also a little, suction out of my bat wings! Lol. I wanted all natural look and figured at my age this would be the only time to get all these done at once. My decision in selecting Dr. Podyondy, was the fact that he truly listened to me. Prior to having kids, my waist was one of my best features, but I lost it after after 2 kids. I had a bloated/distended look to my stomach, and had lost my curves/hips because my flanks had also gotten bigger. Finally, I developed an umbilical hernia, so my once cute, small belly button was now a big outie! I didn't feel comfortable in a 2-piece swimsuit anymore, so decided it was time for a consultation for a tummy tuck and/or lipo. Dr. Potyondy is an incredible doctor! He spent so much time explaining my options, and did not push any treatments. After much discussion, we decided to try lipo on my upper and lower abdominals, and flanks/"love handles," as there was a good chance I could get good results without needing a tummy tuck. The procedure was much easier than I anticipated: Dr. Potyondy's staff was so kind and prepared me for what to expect; Jaime in particular was amazing! Post-surgery, what I experienced was mostly what felt like muscle soreness. Once the swelling subsided a bit, I also had an umbilical repair. Most of the swelling subsided in about 12 weeks, and fast forward to a year later, I am so thrilled with the results!! I have my small waist and cute belly button back, and am able to enjoy a summer in bikinis for the first time in years!!! I wish I found Dr. Potyondy years ago!! Would have saved me a lot of money and poor results with other doctors. He spent more time with me explaining things than any other doctor I've seen for cosmetic procedures.
