I had a hematoma in my chest after the surgery which is normal and he drained it with no issues. I'm very happy with the results and wish I had gone to him to begin with. The nurses and front desk staff were all great and friendly. Any appointment I needed afterwards they made and were very helpful. Gynecomastia is a subject men don't like to deal with, but if you have to... I would highly recommend Dr Kierney. He did a great job with the surgery and the price was very reasonable.
