When I walked in there was no introduction or greeting, she immediately asked me who I was seeing and I didn't remember her name since it was my first time there. She laughed when I said I didn't know and then asked if I needed the bathroom. I said yes, and turned to my left (which was the treatment room) and her response was extremely condescending about that not being the bathroom. Again, I've never been there. A quick "hello, my name is Laurinda, this is where you will receive your facial today" is all it would've taken. It was a very negative first impression. About ten minutes into the facial treatment she ripped my nose hoop out and claimed she didn't know I had it. It's a large gold hoop, it's very obvious. Most facialist ask me to leave it in because with it out, my skin is technically "open" and it's a liability, so I was relying on her professionalism to handle that request. She didn't apologize but just stated, "If I would've know that was there I'd have asked you to take it out." If she would've introduced herself to me at the start of my appointment and looked at my face, she would've seen my nose hoop. But somehow it was my fault. I'm a little worried that she was less than foot from my face during the treatment and claimed she couldn't see it. Ten minutes later she proceeded to rip out my earring on my right ear. She then blamed that on me (again) saying that my earrings were weird because they had a back post. I'm pretty sure 95% of earrings have posts. She then proceeded (without my permission) to aggressively rub my ears. I asked her to stop because it hurt and she said "I'm trying to feel your earrings to understand what I'm working with." I realized when I got home that my ear was actually bleeding. Overall, the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly painful at times. I regret not leaving sooner. This was a Mother's Day gift and it left me more stressed and upset than when I walked in. When I left the treatment room after getting dressed she was no where to be found. 0/10 for customer service.

Michelle was the reason I first tried body sugaring and loved it way more than waxing. Ashley is an incredible lash artist. I am not a glam lash kinda girl and not only does she understand this but she remembers the little details every time I come in. I was initially hesitant about trying out extensions because of how active of a lifestyle I live. She didn't try and convince me either way but I'm so glad I did! I've been coming to Erika for almost three years now and her work is always fantastic. I get sugared once a month and it's been a game changer. I highly recommend if you've ever considered sugaring, come to Erika. She makes sure to talk you through the process and feel as comfortable as possible. Erika now offers permanent makeup; eye liner and lip blushing. I have always been intrigued by lip blushing and after talking with Erika I decided I wanted to get it done. At my consultation I explained the colors I liked, and disliked and she explained the colors that would look best with my skin tone. She created a color that is perfect for me. Today I went in for my actual lip blushing and once again Erika talked me through what she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable. She numbed, outlined, and then tattooed. The whole process with smooth, and not painful whatsoever. Getting lip blushing really carved out my cupids bow, creating an almost bigger lip and I am sooo incredibly happy with the results. Lash Lift and Tint w/Erika:…read more I have had lift and tint services over the years at various places, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with this service. It is normal to have a little bit of stinging in one or both eyes once the treatment is over and you open and blink your eyes a few times. The solutions used cause this if they touch your eye. I did not even in the slightest have any stinging sensations during or following the treatment. I was extremely impressed by that alone, before even seeing the results of the lift. The results were impressive on top of the gentle care of the treatment. I chose an "L" shape roller vs. a "C" shape roller, giving my lashes a more stick straight up look. I feel it made my lashes look longer than previous "C" roller lifts I have had in the past. Erika described the difference of the two types and allowed me to choose before the treatment. I have also in the past had the tips of my lashes coil tightly in on themselves from lifts at other salons. This lift came out perfectly and very natural looking. And they still look exactly the same and as amazing the next day. In the past I have noticed the amount of curl and lift being less the next day. She also gave detailed after care directions and an oil to keep them healthy until my next treatment. I HIGHLY recommend booking a lash lift/tint treatment with Erika. You will love the results!

I get a volume fill every time and it's done under an hour and lasts me 6 weeks. She's knowledgeable, understanding, professional and talented! She has A LOT of other services she does like perm. Makeup, waxing, brow tint or semi perm brows...the list is endless!! She books about a week out. Very professional and office is nice, comfy and clean. You WONT over pay especially compared to other places in South Hill. So blessed to have found her!
