I'll admit, my OCD took over and I wiped down some surfaces while I was hanging out in there. The sauna was supposed to be heated up before our arrival. (wasn't) Seats 1 at a time. Hubby went first and it never really got very warm before we swapped and then it was time for massages anyway. A 2 person would be nicer for couples rather than sitting and waiting awkwardly. The controls were broken so the menu of light therapy wasn't useful. The massages were fine. My lady kept checking in with me, but then didn't really alter her pressure when I said I could handle more. I think maybe she couldn't do much more.. so I gave up asking. Not uncommon in massage industry. It's either intense or borderline pointless. Hah. My husband got the intense session. The sandals were a nice offering, but they need more sizes. All way too small. I'm only a size 8. Locks on many lockers were broken, but I wasn't worried about theft either. I did have a nice time here. There aren't many places like this in the greater Tacoma area. But I wasn't feeling so WOW that I have to go back often either. Service was good. Everyone was nice and professional. It was a comfortable spa. Pretty clean. Not creepy. Close to home for me. Will consider trying again sometime, but will ask about the therapists in advance to find the right fit for me.

Once I had time between appointments and I used the sauna (it's a one person at a time sauna) and I really liked the privacy of that. There was also a salt room, plus a really cozy lounge with all sorts of beverages. Not to mention, they have the most adorable boutique shop in the front. It's truly a day spa where you could enjoy a day of relaxation for hours. Love this place, would highly recommend!

I've been doing lashes for over 15 years and you can tell that she has a lot of experience. It was kinda cool, I wasn't able to articulate the lash style I usually have, I just asked her to do what she thought would look good (just not too dramatic) and they turned out amazing! Lash retention was also great. Personality wise, she's friendly, mellow and easy to chat with, I like the chill vibes. The new location is in Sumner, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The only thing to note is it's located close to the high school so if you go around 2:30 there's a lot of teenagers walking around. It's not a big deal, it hasn't obstructed my way to get in or anything, it just means there's a bit more traffic at that time. I'd imagine it gets a little busy during football games too. Otherwise parking is great! I was glad that they have a private lot with ample parking. The location feels safe.
