It seemed like they had a lot of cool stuff going on. This time, as I entered, I saw they had an event for permanent jewelry, and I'm still upset I didn't get one! But the place was nice, bright, and clean. They also offered complimentary drinks like dirty sodas, which I gladly accepted! I also learned they had a bunch of other services besides just hair care! Also, the pricing was honestly the best I've seen in the area for good-quality service and a colorist who knew what they were doing! I felt so pampered and taken care of here; I could tell many of the other customers around me were repeat clients, which is always a great sign! If you're looking for blonding, absolutely book with Brianna Tolle. I know I will again in the future!

When my son…read moreshowed up at his appointment time, they told him he didn't have one and Chris wasn't there?Strange as we had a confirmation number. They then proceeded to tell him they'd take care of him (very kind). Asked him what he wanted. He showed them and they told him he'd be better off going to a salon, but if we canceled, we'd have to pay the cancellation fee. So he felt like he had no choice, but to follow thru bc hair grows back. Strange enough Chris was there, but taking a break for 20 mins after our appointment time. I booked for $40.00, but bc he had long hair, got charged an additional $20.00 making $60.00 with tip $70.00 bc this momma grew up in a restaurant and relied on those tips. I sadden to even write this as a fellow cosmetologist/barber, but bro...you ask cash to avoid the IRS...but do better and I'll happily give you cash.
