I came in for a couples massage but of course that option was not available but they were able to do 2 at the same time. I rated a 3 because my boyfriend LOVED his massage and everything about it, he was sore from moving furniture. He got a 60-minute deep tissue w/ cbd. I got a 60-minute medium with cbd. When I got inside the room the gave me a little cover to put over myself. I work at a spa myself we actually give a blanket and the therapists ONLY expose the area they are working on for COMFORT. When the massage therapist started she did not use oil or lotion, mind you I paid for cbd i thought maybe it was her technique to start off dry then add lotion or oil. 10 min into the massage i asked her if she was going to use the cbd oil she said "thats what u want?" i told her yes i paid for it. She then added oil which i'm sure was not cbd again, i work at a spa i know what cbd is supposed to do and i'm pretty familiar with the smell. I was on my menstrual and she kept taking the tiny piece of cloth that barely covered me off. Which made me uncomfortable then she went ahead and put her hand on my butt right on top of my pad and said she was sorry i said its okay she said oh its okay? and did it again. I then told her it was okay as an accident but that I don't want her to continue she said ok.. the lady then turned the fan on... during a massage i prefer a warm bed to relax the bed was already cold when she turned the fan on and took the cover off me i was extremely cold, mind you this is about 30min into the massage im still not relaxed. I ask her to turn it off because I was cold she said it was hot i told her again, that i am COLD please turn it off and she did but seemed annoyed. I'm very uncomfortable at this point. When the massage is almost over she went to get a hot rag and left all the lights on plus the door open. while i'm there laying undressed.. and to put the icing on top as soon as my massage was over both therapists mine and my boyfriends were waiting outside for me to tip them. I gave them 10 each and walked off. Please do better. My boyfriend enjoyed his but it was his first massage. I will be back to try it out ONE more time since they are only 3min from me, but i will ask to see the therapist before i refuse to go back to whoever helped me. and next time if it's as horrible as this time i will not tip. definitely not worth a tip at all. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Lions spa ever since they opened! I've pretty much experienced all personnel in terms of massage and all the girls hAve really been Great! They have staff change that's totally understandable, but I still miss some of the old girls :( anyways all girls listen and ask questions and really take the time to get to know their clients from what I've experienced. I had high hopes for this place but as another reviewer posted that she paid for a 60 min but was only given 40min, a similar situation happened to me. This isn't where I normally go but I was having neck pain and needed a deep massage for sure. I pre booked my appt for 5pm. I was charged $70 apparently because it's deep tissue even though the sign said 60 bucks for 60min. As she started to massage me her phone buzzed so she answered it ?!?! Never have I had that happen. This isn't even one of those massage places in the middle of the mall this was in my own massage room. She proceeded to have a conversation. How rude. Then she left me to answer the door. I initially asked for just shoulders but she didn't respect that and massaged my knees and legs which I asked her to stop because it's uncomfortable for me. She returns to my massage and guess what answers the phone again!!!! Ridiculous really. Then leaves to answer the door and when I asked if she was the only one she said I'll make up your time which she didn't because I timed it after her phone convo and she definitely shortened me on time. I walk out and there's no on there and I had already paid so I was ready to keep going in anger but she had the nerve to ask me if I had something for her ?!? I just left a $5 to not cause trouble. I don't think I would go anywhere else beside this place to get a massage that actually took away my neck and shoulders pain. She was amazing, knew where to put pressure most to ease the pain and the headache that I had from my neck pain. I feel relieved and planning to go back to her on a routine schedule. I tried Accupanture, cupping, different massage places and this is the only thing that seems to take a way the pain and pressure for real. Well done lady!! read more

Really disappointed. I read some good reviews about this place so I thought I'd give it a try. I called ahead to book an appointment. On the phone the lady told me it was $60 for 60 min and $50 for 30 min, so naturally I was getting a 60 min. When I got there, the lady at the front desk insisted on me getting a 30 min, even though I asked for 60. She just wouldn't let me get a 60, I'm not sure if they were fully booked or what. Even though I called ahead and said I was coming. So she made me pay $50 for 30 min. The massage was okay at best. And it was only 20 minutes. And then she asked for tips after. Unbelievable. Adequate. I made an appointment but no one was at the desk when I arrived. I rang the bell and called out a few times and eventually someone came. They asked if I had an appointment. To which I replied that I did but she never asked for my name or checked a reservation book so I don't know that it mattered. They make you pay upfront which isn't common practice for massage therapy. I was brought to a private room and told "undress" with no other instructions or conversation. I paid for a deep tissue massage $60 but the massage I received was not "deep tissue". I've been receiving massage therapy for 20 years so I know the difference. My actual masseuse was a different person than the person who checked me in but she didn't introduce herself, ask if I had any injuries or if I wanted her to focus on a certain area... which is common practice. The actual massage was 55 mins not an hour. I won't be returning because for this price I can find better service. read more

So sorry to post this but I wish someone had warned me. On the phone and in person I had requested a Swedish massage but, for the most part, I ended up with a Thai massage. I was offered free additional hot stone massage but I had to post a positive review on Yelp before my massage (as well as pay in advance). I was in the first massage room on the right but the door to my room has a window without a curtain so I had to undress without any privacy. For half the massage I could hear a TV through the wall. The massage therapist took a phone call while giving the massage. The only thing positive I can say is that if you love Thai massage then maybe the price and the therapist's strong hands are worth it. Otherwise, I would think twice. read more

I usually walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed, here the tables were rock hard, they make you pay in advance, and there's a large window on the door so not much privacy at all. Don't waste your time or money. I got tricked by a few decent reviews (probably because they offer free hot stones if you leave a Yelp review before the massage). The lady who massaged me was obviously untrained in giving massages. She pushed and pulled at random spots on my body, completely skipped over my neck, arms and legs. Paid $60 for a 1 hour massage and she cut it way short. She was texting or playing a game on her phone the entire time, very rude. She tried to be friendly, but the poor quality of the massage outweighed her small talk.
